Memorable experience - My partner spontaneously decided to book a trip to Ha long Bay and within 30 minutes we received confirmation and details regarding pick up times and schedule for the next morning. The tour did not disappoint! From pick up (which was in front of our Airbnb) to drop off and everything in between it was such an amazing experience. Everything ran exactly as they explain as well as on time. They were super organised!!! Our tour guide Brian was absolutely amazing in keeping us up to date throughout the trip as to what was going to happen next. We were a bit nervous about the language barrier, however, this was not a problem at all. Any questions or concerns we had he made us feel at ease. What a lovely guy!! At the end of the long busy day we were exhausted but very happy that we chose this tour and would definitely recommend this trip and company. Thank you so much for a memorable experience!! Love from the South African couple 🇿🇦

Pick this tour for day trip to Halong Bay - Picked us up from the hotel at 8:05am and finished picking up others in the old quarter an hour later. Then, it’s a 2.5hr drive to Halong bay, stopping at an oyster pearl farm on the way. It was a long day but had so much fun doing the Ti Top hike, swimming, kayaking and seeing the cave. It was busy and there were lots of boats docking at each stop but we got to do it all. Phong was great and kept everyone on time and moving.

Packed and not as enjoyable. - Halong Bay is absolutely beautiful and a must visit when in Vietnam. However, avoid it during the summer holidays when families are on vacation. It was PACKED and that made it less enjoyable. Kayaks were crashing into each other, there was a huge traffic jam inside the cave, and generally it was sometimes a dangerous situation. Vietnam Tourism needs to control the number of people going in this place or it might soon be ruined. Our guide, Phong, was great though!
