• Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray… Jackets (in the Winter).
• 8.00-8.50AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations…). If customers don’t stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM/ Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

• Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it’s crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.
• Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies… are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
