A must do tour with Tony, our professional guide. - My wife and I had a wonderful day with Tony, our guide, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, even arranging a vegetarian meal for us which was really tasty. He went out of his way to make sure we saw everything on our list with more besides. I would definitely recommend this tour and thank you Tony, you were great.

Hanoi Day Trip - Hanoi city is full of surprises and this your surely did its best to bring out the best of those places. Our tour guide Thu was a wonderful person full of enthusiasm and knowledge. He was humble and helpful in all possible ways. The tour operator had some flaws in their system though. And that involved missing out on picking us up and had to be reminded when I got panicky. They catered to some special lunch for me which I had not ordered and was a bit of an embarrassment. The water puppet show was the icing on the cake and an experience of its own which should not be missed. The drop off after the Water Puppet Show is challenging for the tour operator because most tourists had not opted for it and had to be dropped off at the hotels. But our wonderful friendly guide Thu was there waiting for us and paid for the cab ride back home. Full points to Mr Thu which made our trip a great experience. I must warn that the full day trip can get to be tiring for those how do not walk much. There are not tough routes but the overall walk through the day was long. And yes, the food on offer for lunch was sumptuous and truly wonderful
