awesome vacation!!! - Helen has been a good prompt trip advisor from day one planning till ending. She keeps updating us about our trips & list out the reasonable prices from accommodation , transportation n etc. She is very sincere and honest with the price & planning of the trip. There is no marking up on prices.
Sally has been keeping us updated via WhatsApp throughout our vacation. She makes our trip a smooth sailing especially with the transportations.
Connektrip is truly an awesome travel agency that we will absolutely recommend to others. Their prompt reply to questions & assistance is remarkable. Their updates to situation example: the landslides we encountered on our trip is one of many we feel appreciated. Our safety & comfort is their top priority throughout this vacation. they are indeed patient with us.
Their drivers are too good to ask for more!!! they are detail in their directions as well as safe drivers. They able to get to places on time despite weather & environmental factors. Their limousine & cars are clean & comfortable. Their attitude towards tourists are awesome & friendly & approachable. Even with little knowledge in English they tried their best to make our vacation worthwhile as they took effort in conversing with us via Google translate. None of them leave us unattended.
Tour guides are well verse to the places and they are knowledgeable about the directions & food. They even would bargain prices with the locals to help us get a reasonable price. Tour guides are honest & kind too.
In summary, we love this tour agency!!! their services in all has definitely exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommended - I highly recommend this travel agency the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They're very responsive in all our queries. The service is excellent and affordable but very worth it in every itenirary plus a free lunch meal. I love their chosen hotel with free breakfast and it's very center to saigon attractions and everything. Enjoying also the outside Saigon tour in cu Chi tunnel and mui ne sand dunes ATV rides

VIETNAM adventure we will never forget! - We had the best time in Vietnam thanks to Tom and Sally from Connek Trip. Tom accommodated all our requests. Sally made sure everything ran as per schedule. Everything was smooth and fun — from Sapa to Ha Long Bay to Hanoi and all the awesome meals in between. The food was incredible, the spots were beautiful, and the team made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Thanks also to Mae, Duc, Tung. Thuan, Andrew from the hotel.🤩💙

Awesome experience - I did a 12 days tour of Vietnam with Connek as a solo female traveller and was really well taken care of all of the days. The hotels selected were excellent and the tours including the Hanoi one day tour was amazing. I am really impressed by Connek group and team professionalism. I was well informed one day in advance what time I will be picked the next day with contact details of the tour picking me. Any changes I needed to make was done immediately by Connek too. Ly from Connek was so patient and she and Sally always made sure I was comfortable especially since I was travelling alone. Vietnam is a beautiful country and its people r really so warm and nice. I will go there again one day through Connek

A Memorable Day in Hanoi with Son! - What made this tour exceptional was Son’s genuine passion for his city and his ability to make us feel like friends, not just tourists. His attention to detail, patience in answering all of our questions, and flexibility in adjusting the itinerary to our interests made the day perfect.
If you’re looking to experience the best of Hanoi, both its famous sites and hidden treasures, I highly recommend booking a tour with Son. It was the highlight of my trip, and I left with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation for this beautiful city and country!
