• Hanoi - 9AM/3PM Guests will be picked up from their hotel and taken on a walk to the local market to personally select ingredients. Experience a wide array of fresh foods including herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fish, and fruits. There will be an opportunity to learn some simple Vietnamese phrases for shopping and bargaining, which can be easily practiced during a one-day tour in Hanoi.
• Hanoi - Following the market visit, participants will proceed to the cooking venue to prepare and cook dishes under the guidance of an instructor. Guests will be warmly welcomed as special visitors with a selection of drinks. Participants can choose four dishes to cook, with recommendations provided for consideration. Then, the cooking begins!
  Even if cooking skills are limited, there is no need to worry, as a professional chef will assist step by step to ensure successful dish completion. This enjoyable and valuable experience not only teaches Vietnamese recipes but also offers insight into local life and cuisine in an accessible way.

After cooking, it’s time to taste the results of the half-day effort—enjoy the meal in a cozy atmosphere. Do the dishes taste better than usual? Relish this relaxing time with a special lunch and friendly conversation!
Afterward, guests will return to their hotel around 1:30 PM or 7:30 PM. The tour concludes with a farewell from the guide, who will express hopes to see everyone again!
