9:00 AM: The chef will meet participants at their hotel in the Old Quarter and begin a 30-minute walk to the market. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore local foods, including herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fish, and fruits, while capturing some memorable photos.
After completing the shopping, participants will return to the home kitchen to prepare and cook main dishes under the guidance of the tour guide, from start to finish. Learning how to marinate and spice is a key lesson, and participants will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemongrass stems, banana leaves, and carved chili. Creating the authentic magical sauce, a simple mix of fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic, and herbs, is also part of the experience.
11:00 AM: Enjoy a meal in a friendly atmosphere.
12:00 PM: Participants will be transferred back to their hotel and can receive a recipe if desired. Looking forward to seeing you again!
