- Visit a nearby wet market to get fresh ingredients for the class and learn about the Vietnamese food you are going to cook.
- Return to the restaurant to prepare and learn how to cook by yourself.
- Enjoy the food you have cooked and receive certificates.
- 11:30 AM or 5:30 PM: Drop off at your hotel. End of cooking class.
