Incredible experience - Mao a was an amazing Guide, very kind. We learned a lot about the area and surroundings! The scenery is just splendid! It is not to be missed if you go to Vietnam! The walk was accessible, a little muddy but locals were there to help us. The accommodation is really top, we had a private shower and a fan, the view of the rice fields was beautiful. The meals were very good too, and the locals incredibly kind. I recommend ++

We recommend the tour and the attention at homestay was very familiar, and the food excellent. The scenery is spectacular, and the excursion is very worthwhile. Seeing the local culture, and knowing it first hand is very enriching. Fully recommended.

Wonderful experience and exposure, great respite from city life, tough hike - 2d1n in sapa with sapa may travel was a good experience. Booked through pelago but didnt affect things much. Started with a 10km hike on first day, be warned it isnt easy. Homestay at goong was amazing and dinner was delightful. The room is warm in the evening and gets cold by night. Day 2 of hike is still a long walk but we were asked to choose which path we prefer. Nonetheless the climb at some parts can still be steep. Loved the challenge and respite from city life. A bit of a throwback to army days with the terrain. Ended with lunch and bus back to Hanoi. Sleeper buses provided were good but enduring it without falling asleep was difficult since i had one coffee too many. Overall would recommend, but if you're not confident of your fitness level, be upfront about it.
