Amazing Guided Hanoi Food Tour with Train Street – A Must-Do! - I recently did the Guided Hanoi Food Tour With Train Street & 8 Different Food Tastings, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our guide, Elena, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Hanoi’s food culture.
The tour took us to hidden gems and local spots that we would have never found on our own. Each dish was unique and delicious, from savoury street food classics to sweet treats. Elena took the time to explain the history and ingredients of each dish, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The highlight was definitely Train Street, where we got to enjoy our food while watching the train pass by—such a thrilling and authentic Hanoi moment! The entire tour was well-paced, and we left feeling full and happy.
If you’re visiting Hanoi and love food, this tour is an absolute must-do. Thank you, Elena, for making it such a memorable experience!

highly recommend - I did this tour less than 24 hours after I arrived in Vietnam for the first time, and it was exactly the experience I needed and hoped to have. The tour guide, Apple, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very good at making everyone feel welcome and acquainted right away. She is Vietnamese and lived in Hanoi for 10 years, so she knew a lot of details about local history, culture and norms. The food was exceptional - definitely come hungry! I ate a light breakfast beforehand, but wish I came on an empty stomach. The food is plentiful, and every dish was more delicious than the last. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially for the first time.

Do the Street food tour - If it's your first time in Vietnam or Hanoi, do a Street food tour. Your guide not only explains Vietnamese and local food, they also show you how to eat it. Our guide, Elena, made good food choices with the odd one challenging you, in a good way. She was fun and friendly and great at encouraging the group. Train Street might be cliche when in Hanoi, but was a fun way to finish the tour.

Perfect tour and great experience! - It was an amazing experience! The food was incredibly authentic, and the locations were unique. As a tourist, I would have simply walked past these spots without knowing about them. However, with Apple's kind and perfect guidance, it turned into such a wonderful experience! It provided a unique insight into Vietnamese food culture. :)

Wonderful Tour, amazing tour guide! - Had a perfect evening during the street food tour with our guide Apple!
The tour took us to wonderful places where the food and drinks were great but our tour guide Apple was the true cherry on top.
With fun facts, helpful information and a really nice and easygoing personality we felt open to ask questions and have conversations together.
Would 10/10 recommend!

Best spot for a Hanoi food tour - We had an amazing evening exploring different specialties of Hanoi and Vietnam with our guide Apple. Very authentic, great stories and we so much learned so much! Would definitely recommend going for this tour if you're looking for a food tour!
