Military History Museum (apply on Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat and Sun) is located on Dien Bien Phu street. The museum covers the American and French wars, as well as the struggles against the Chinese. In addition to numerous photos and remnants from the wars the grounds are jam-packed with tanks, guns and aircraft. It’s like a shoe shop for men.

Eye-opening experience! - As we walked through historical landmarks, I gained a deep understanding of Vietnam's struggle and resilience during the war. Visiting places like the Hoa Lo Prison and the Vietnam Military History Museum brought the stories of the past to life. The detailed stories shared by our guide made the tour both informative and emotional, leaving a lasting impact on me.

Another, marvellous tour in Hanoi - Amazing half a day tour with Peanut, a very young student of e-buddies.
She’s able to speak English fluently and she showed me Hoa lò prison and Vietnamese Women museum. Despite the very hot weather, we went to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum too.
Then she brought me in a vegan restaurant, an hidden gem, unknown by tourist, where we had a delicious lunch.
I highly recommended the students of Hanoi e-buddies if you want a non conventional tour, if you want to chat with a Vietnamese about their culture and if you want to support a great organisation.

A memorable cultural experience - It was a truly special and enjoyable experience. The knowledgeable guide shared personal stories that added depth to the experience. Exploring Hanoi's streets while learning its history made the tour truly special.It’s a must-do for anyone visiting the city!

Worthwhile Way to See Hanoi - We had a great time on this tour. It lasted about 5 hours, but you can adjust the timing to fit your schedule. Our guide was enjoyable and knowledgeable, offering the option to select locations based on our interests or let them choose. You only need to cover the cost of tickets, taxis (if needed), and lunch. Highly recommended!

Amazing Hanoi Street Food Tour! - We tried Vietnamese dishes we wouldn't have dared to on our own, and the hosts were fantastic. Hearing about real life in Vietnam was fascinating, and we laughed so much—it felt like we made real friends. I highly recommend this tour based on our experience. It was fantastic! I just wish we’d done it sooner so we could have enjoyed another one.

Great Service - We had a fantastic private tour with enthusiastic university students who were eager to show us around with a relaxed and engaging approach. They were considerate of our pace and provided us with delicious local dishes, enriching our experience with their in-depth knowledge of history and landscapes. Their insights were far beyond what any tourist brochure could offer. A big thank you to "Children of Hanoi" from all of us!

Fantastic Experience with Exceptional Guides - We had a fantastic time with our two guides. They were polite, knowledgeable, and took us to local spots we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We enjoyed truly authentic food, exactly what we were looking for. My children even said this afternoon was one of the highlights of our month-long trip, which says a lot! Thank you so much!
