Ninh Binh Day tour - Experience was amazing. Make sure to wear your sunscreens, hats and sunglasses as the heat is intense around late September. The tour went smoothly and on time. It was a small group join- in tour so it wasn't as hectic and hassle. The boat trip along Trang An river was also my favorite because everything was just calm and peaceful.

Amazing Experience - The full day tour is amazing. The place is really beautiful and had a good buffet lunch in a hotel. Must recommend if you're in hanoi.

It was a very fulfilling day! - It was a very fulfilling day, visiting three spots from morning to night. Due to the typhoon, the river rafting in Changan was not allowed inside the cave, but we still had a great view. Many people waited in Mua Cave because of the flooding, but I tried 500 steps. When I got to the top, I was sweating like a sauna, but the view from the top was amazing. I was able to communicate with them on LINE beforehand, so I was relieved to ask questions if I didn't know. The Guides were interesting and it was a great tour.

Excellent tours, very caring & well organised tour operator - The tour was excellent, on time pick up, great comfortable car, the guide was very good, the organiser Elbiee stayed in touch all through the trip asking if everything was ok, I would highly recommend, great pricing too, excellent care is taken.

A must visit in Vietnam! Thanks Ruby and Liam! - Tours in a foreign country can get overwhelming with a lot of factors like price, ROI, group vs solo. Ruby was imperative in helping me choose and make a decision considering my preferences.
I’d also like to mention my thanks to Liam who was patient enough to explain the nuances of Viet culture. The trip would jot have been great without him especially while cycling and rowing around Trang An!

This is the best value tour. - The communication beforehand was very polite via LINE or WhatsApp. The guide was also very kind during the tour. I think the price is very reasonable for this content. I recommend it to those who want to experience not only sightseeing in Hanoi but also natural scenery and outdoor experiences. Even if you can't speak English at all, as long as you can speak enough to shop, I think you'll be able to enjoy it. (If you want to know more about the history of the spots you'll be visiting, it's better to select Japanese.)

Excellent - Our tour guide Tuân was excellent! Good English and well spoken. He told us a lot about Vietnam, was very informative about the itinerary and what to expect next. We felt like we were taken good care of during the tour.
I also loved how he managed to bring people together: we had tourists from different countries (Philippines, Japan and India and more) in our group, and he introduced people from the same country to each other and by the end of the tour they became friends and went to dine together after the tour ended. Therefore, the whole group seemed very warm, friendly throughout the tour. Everyone was having fun together and making beautiful memories.
Great experience all together (even despite the weather being +42 C that day)

The 3-point tour is arranged properly. I went with my family of 3 people, and were assigned front seats - The 3-point tour is arranged properly. I went with my family of 3 people, and was assigned the front seat because my mother was carsick. The driver and tour guide named Thanh were very enthusiastic and thoughtful, always introducing and explaining each location very carefully, taking care of and instructing the group very carefully. I went to Hoa Lu, had lunch then went to Trang An, my final destination was chosen between Hang Mua and Hoa Lu Walking Street, because the weather was too rainy.
Because it's big, we can't go to Mua Cave, so we take everyone to the street to walk and end the tour. Will definitely continue to experience the service again!
