07:30: Commence your journey with a hotel pickup in the Old Quarter, or meet at the Hanoi Opera House if you’re staying elsewhere. Settle in for a comfortable 4-hour drive, including a brief intermission.

Mai Chau - 11:30-12:30 : Pause for a picturesque snapshot of the Mai Chau valley before arriving. 12:30 : Savor a home-cooked traditional meal (options for vegetarians available).
14:30: Embark on a guided 10km bike tour to observe local life, from agriculture to artisanal scarf-weaving, and explore the serene neighboring hamlets. 17:00: Leisure time for more biking, strolling, or shopping. 19:00 : Relish an evening meal featuring ethnic Thai cuisine, complete with a cultural dance performance and local ‘ruou can’ wine, provided for groups of over five.
