• Hanoi - The journey begins in Hanoi.
• Hoa Lu temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties - If you select the Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua Cave or Hoa Lu - Trang An - Mua Cave options, you’ll visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. This is an opportunity to delve into Vietnamese history during the feudal era under the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties. If you opt for the Bai Dinh - Trang An - Mua Cave option, you’ll explore Bai Dinh Pagoda, the largest and most renowned pagoda in Southeast Asia, known for its numerous records, including 500 stone Arhat statues, a 36-ton bronze bell, and a 100-ton Buddha statue.
• Tam Coc - After lunch, this becomes the highlight of the trip. If you choose the Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua Cave option, you’ll visit Tam Coc on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride. During the trip, you’ll be enchanted by the picturesque scenery featuring paddy fields, rivers, water, clouds, sky, and an impressive cave system, often referred to as “Halong Bay on land” by the locals. If you select the Hoa Lu - Trang An - Mua Cave option, a boat tour from Trang An wharf is a must-do experience in Ninh Binh. You’ll row through numerous grottoes adorned with stunning stalactites and take in the breathtaking landscapes of the Trang An Tour.
• Mua Caves - At 15:30, you’ll climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view of Tam Coc. At 17:00, you’ll board the bus to return to Hanoi, arriving around 19:30-19:45 and being dropped off at your hotel.
• Hanoi - The return journey to Hanoi takes approximately 2.5 hours by bus from Ninh Binh.
