Private Day Tour from Hanoi - The trip was excellent. really had a great time. Had a great time in the bamboo boat ride. Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable about Vietnam history, he is friendly and well organized. The driver Mr. Ten is also helpful, and Prepare the umbrella to us.

Good experiences in Hanoi with our guode Tommy😊 - My parents and I went on a day trip with our guide Tommy. It was an amazing experience. Mom and Dad like this trip very much. The guide was friendly and took good care of us. He speak English very well. He was calm and gave good advice throughout the trip. We travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned van.

Incense village - Our tour guide Tom was amazing. He took wonderful pictures for us! He is so knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and his English is perfect. We really enjoyed the tour and the views along the way. The weather was pretty hot but overally it was worth it! We prefered to eat some seafood for lunch so Tom ordered really delicious dishes that fueled us for the rest of the day! Highly recommend! Thank you for this experience and hopefully we meet again!~~~

Would recommend guide and tour. - The tour was a great experience. Our guide, Bang, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing, if you go in July -August it’s very hot and humid which makes it exhausting. Would recommend.

Amazing tour with a fantastic guide - We are a group of 4 couples and we had a great time on the Incense Village and Train Street tour. The vibrant colors of the Incense Village made for an incredible photo shoot, even in the hot weather. Train Street was thrilling, especially enjoying egg coffee as the train passed so close. Our guide, Louisa, made the experience even better with her fun personality and amazing photography skills. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and helpful tour for a fulfilling day - Our guide Tyler was really kind and kind enough to teach us about each tourist destination. It was just a trip that we enjoyed many times more than we did ourselves. I also think that sometimes the travel guides are too close or conversely have too little conversation, but I think they helped us on our journey just right! The car was clean and the driver was safe to drive, so I was relieved and totally asleep after getting tired from the river rafting 🤣 Thank you for taking so many great pictures for us in the incense village, despite the sweat! It has been a very good trip! It’s a bit more expensive than other tours, but I think it’s worth paying!

Wonderful trip. Well worth the money and thanks to our guide Tommy for making it memorable. - I went to the Incense Village-Ninh Binh tour with Crossing Vietnam tour after booking them through the Klook app. It was a lovely day, mainly thanks to our guide Tommy Nguyen. Tommy is an engaging young man who has a lot of passion for his job. He was a great conversationalist who kept us interested throughout the tour. Incense Village is a superb place if you're looking for Instagram-worthy pics. Because of Tommy, we were able to go farther toward the rice fields and duck ponds, allowing us to see Phu Cau in much more depth. Trang An and Hoa Lu were similarly mesmerizing. We got to experience the culture of Vietnam and learn its history. In Trang An, the boat ride lasted as long as possible, as we were taken to four different caves and saw breathtaking natural sights. Crossing Vietnam arranged our meal for us, which accommodated our Halal diet. Overall, it was a perfect trip and once again thanks to Tommy, as well as our driver Mr. Tien, and Daphne our point of contact for making it such a lovely day to remember.
