Rita Cruise Experience - Booked a 2 day 1 night cruise with Rita cruise. Had a wonderful time with my family. Service is excellent with very attentive staff and the food was good. They even make a special birthday surprise arrangement for my daughter's birthday. She was so happy. The whole booking experience was good as Helen help us from the booking process and transportation arrangements, and she follow up closely to make sure everything is smooth. The manager, Happy is friendly and helpful, along with Hannah and Louis who give very good service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service 5 * accommodation... - Today just came from Rita cruise I want to say that it was a fantastic experience...All services are excellent, All staff was very polite, very friendly, very helpful special thnx to Miss Hana Reception Girl start to end she help a lot to my group always smiling girl..Keep it up..

A highly recommended experience - We were on the Rita cruise for 2 days/1 night. A highly recommended experience, incredible scenery, beautiful cruise, fun activities, and excellent service from the staff, with a special mention for Hana, who was attentive to every detail of the group members, especially those of us who have specific dietary requirements.

Amazing cruise! - I did a 2 day 1 night cruise with Rita tours and it was incredible! I highly recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to see Ha Long bay. Cabins are comfortable and clean. The food was great as well. The service was absolutely outstanding and Mr.happy, Jack and Black took very good care of us and made sure we had a great experience. I cant wait to do another cruise here in the future!

Amazing Experience before and on the Rita cruise!! - My family and I are forever grateful for our interaction with Rita cruise sales executive Alice Nguyen. I didn't realise we needed a visa to Vietnam from Australia (so silly..) until 3 days before we were due to fly to Vietnam whilst we were in Japan. I reached out to Alice at about 7pm her time and she supported and helped us through the whole process. We got our visa within 24hours of lodgement. Alice made sure that we felt supported during the whole time and made me feel at ease that everything was going to work out. Five star service before we were on board!! Now for the cruise - my family and I had the most amazing time on the Rita cruise. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The rooms are spacious and the food was just devine. The activities are great fun and loved that there was a pool on the cruise. I would highly recommend Rita cruise for everyone wanting to experience Halong Bay. It truly was amazing! Thank you Alice for everything you did for us, it means the world to us! Thank you Happy and team for the awesome experience we had!

RITA RUISE: GOOD EXPERIENCE - Meals are very good but desserts should be improved. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The staff is very attentive. There is a good atmosphere, the manager is a good singer hahha. But lack of physical activity on the boat. Maybe you can go fishing or diving? You should also have two slots to swim in the sea and enjoy the water.

Amazing experince - We, a group of 8 tourists, availed this amazing 1N/2D cruise through an agent in Hanoi. From check-in to check-out, it was an amazing experience. Smiling staff lead by Mr. Jim and Ms. Alice welcomed us and other tourists and gave a run-down of the itinerary. Followed by that was sumptuous buffet lunch and after that we entered to our designated well decorated comfortable rooms. We got a spacious room with two comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony and all necessary amenities. Bathroom was well furnished including a jacuzzi. They organized kayaking and cave tour for us in the afternoon and happy hour including a cooking class in the late afternoon. Weather on both days were very good and from balcony we enjoyed the scenic view of the Bay. Ha Long Bay now-a-day is very crowded with dozens of cruise ships of different sizes and classes. We also saw all other cruises around us, sometimes they passed us and on other occasions we passed them. The sun-set time was gorgeous with splendid blue color of sky with golden ray from setting sun. Rita Cruise authority served sumptuous al-carte dinner that we choose during the lunch time. After a deep slip we enjoyed scenic beauty of early morning of the Bay from the top deck and after having breakfast they took us for another boat trip. Finally, we packed, had our early buffet lunch, and left the ship to shore through another boat. It was overall an amazing experience, specially all of us were highly satisfied with the service of the highly professional staff of Rita Cruise. We’ll cherish this memory for a long time and highly recommend tourists to take the services of Rita Cruise.

Ship Ok Halong Bay Dirty - Booked this cruise as most others were fully booked for the time we needed to go. Booking was easy and private limo bus transfer was good, even went out of their way to get us a connecting taxi to get to the airport for an afternoon flight. Ship was pretty good looking but not to the standard of their brochure. Rooms were large with a good bathroom, but windows were not in a good place to take in the views of Halong bay from your bed in an early morning. Our room was first two cabins at front of boat so could be noisy with crew and dropping anchor Food was a buffet lunch, a sit down evening meal and then a buffet breakfast and lunch the next morning. Ship does not do very much cruising and you spend more time either on the luanch in a minibus or kayaking All our party whilst enjoying the cruise felt it was rushed and you could not relax properly. Overall ship was Ok but Halong bay itself has lost its charm and is now pretty full with rubbish, think the area needs to be shut down for a few months to allow for a clean up. This is my second Halong bay trip and there will not be another for a long time to come

Great experience - We recommend Rita Cruise. Definitely worth doing. I must admit, we hit very cold weather being January, it must have been around 12 degrees, so no swimming. But we still enjoyed it. One afternoon after an excursion a whole lot of us sat in the open air on the upper deck, it was freezing but we were all rugged up. We have lovely memories was swapping stories with other travellers from around the globe. The food was fantastic, Kayaking was great and the cycle to the village was beautiful and interesting. We went through Tony and he was incredibly helpful. Buying wine and beer from the ladies who come up to the boat was hysterical. Would definitely go again in warmer weather.
