Lao Cai - 9.30: Travel along the highway to Lao Cai city for the first rest stop.

Sapa - 13.00: Arrive in Sapa Town, where you’ll see the traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups. Wait about 30 minutes at the bus station for the tour guide and driver to take you to the hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink and an overview of the itinerary. Lunch will feature local Vietnamese dishes.
Ta Van - 14:30: Begin hiking through Y Linh Ho, then trek through rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, taking in the stunning Hoang Lien Son Mountain landscape. Reach Ta Van village, home to the Giay Ethnic People, in the late afternoon. The trek covers about 9km and lasts 3.5 hours. Check into a homestay, relax, or explore Ta Van Village to learn about the Dzay People. Enjoy the mountain life at sunset, possibly join in cooking local dishes, and have a peaceful dinner. In the evening, visit a nearby bar with music to socialize with other tourists. Overnight at a bungalow in Ta Van Village.
Medium trek Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai village (B, L, D)
Ta Van - 7.00: Participate in a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese dishes like Pho (Phở) and Nem Cuốn.
8.00: Breakfast prepared by the family, then start a new day with an interesting trek.
Giang Ta Chai Village - 8.45: Walk through rice paddies for a photo session of the beautiful landscapes. Trek through a bamboo forest and stop for a panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai village, home of the Red Dzao People. The trek covers about 4km and lasts 2 hours.
11.00: Cross the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road.
12:00: Return to the bungalow to shower and prepare for lunch.
12.30 - 13.30: Lunch.
Ta Van - Afternoon: Free time to explore the town on your own. Overnight in the bungalow.
Medium trek Ta Van Mong Village- Hang Cung Village – Hanoi (B, L)
Ta Van - 7.30: Breakfast at the homestay.
Lao Chai - 8:30-8:45: The trek covers about 6km and lasts over 2 hours. Trek through Ta Van Mong village, then walk to Hang Cung Village for breathtaking views of terraced rice fields, home to the Black H’mong people. Continue to Sam 2.
11:45-12:00: Return to the homestay for lunch. Afterward, a van will transfer you back to Sapa town to meet the rest of the group.
Hanoi - 15:00: Board the bus back to Hanoi.
21:30: Arrive in Hanoi and return to your hotel on your own.
