Trekking with a Local Guide from Sapa to Tavan Village

Ta Van - Upon arrival by bus, guests will be picked up and taken to the hostel to rest for 2 to 3 hours.

• At 9 am, the tour guide will meet guests at the hotel in Sapa. The trek begins from Sapa town, descending into the Muong Hoa Valley, the largest valley in Sapa, renowned for its stunning rice fields during the rice season, as well as its forests and villages. The local guide will lead the way to the villages of Ý Linh Hồ, Lao Chai, and Tả Van. The guide will provide insights into the local culture, people, and lifestyle. A break for lunch will be taken in Lao Chai village.
  After lunch, the trek continues around Tavan village, with an overnight stay in a local homestay. Guests can participate in a cooking class to learn how to prepare local dishes. Dinner will be enjoyed with a local family.

Trekking with a Local Guide from Tavan to Giang Ta Chai Village

Hau Thao - At 9 am, the tour guide will pick up guests from the homestay to begin trekking from Tả Van village, passing through rice fields and a bamboo forest, and visiting a beautiful waterfall where swimming is possible in the current weather.

• A break for lunch will be taken in Giàng Tả Chải village around 1 pm.
  After lunch, the trek continues to the Red Dao village, known as Giàng Tả Chải Dao, which is rich in Dao ethnic culture and offers breathtaking views of rice fields and mountains. The tour returns to the homestay by 2:30 pm, with a bus back to Hanoi at 4 pm.
