Intimate and Authentic Experience - Though this tour was one of the most expensive for Ninh Binh, we definitely could see the differences in service, quality, and attention. The van was very luxurious, new, and clean. The seats reclined and additionally had footrests. The driver drove very safely and took routes to avoid traffic. Oftentimes other bus drivers speed and are more reckless. However, the particular driver was very careful and efficient. Our tour guide Hung was extremely attentive, detailed, and sweet. We could tell he really loves his job, and he was very well versed in history whilst adding his own personal touch. The experience was very nice as it didn't feel too crowded or touristy. Everything was much more intimate as opposed to the regular tourist traps. For instance, the biking experience through Tam Coc, the stop by a village home to see their life style, the canoeing through Ninh Binh. Perhaps our travel on Monday made a difference as the areas weren't as overflowing with people. Overall a great experience. It is worth the extra few dollars for exceptional service.

Gorgeous - Hung, a very nice tour in Tam Coc. I recommend it, the landscapes are unforgettable, even if the climb to see the view from above is quite difficult.

Best tour guide Mr Hung - We had a wonderful experience during this tour. A private group in limousine. Lunch was in a place in Tum Coc. Everything was smoothly conducted by him. Recommended

A great way to spend a day - If you're thinking of visiting Ninh Binh for just a day, I'd recommend this tour. A limo bus, which was comfortable and clean, picked us up from our hotel in the Old Quarter well within the time slot the tour operator gave us. So glad they were punctual. Our guide, James, was attentive and looked out for us all. He gave us interesting bits of information on the places we visited. The Trang An boat tour was for me, the highlight of the tour. It was incredibly peaceful passing through the caves in near silence. The local women rowing the boats were eager to point out unusual cave formations and happy to take photographs of us during the boat ride. We weren't obliged to tip the rowers but many did out of appeciation to our rowers, who were sincere and warm, despite the language barrier. Cycling in the countryside was great fun and the bicycles provided, in good condition. It could have been a longer ride though- perhaps 40 minutes instead of the 15 minutes alloted. The food provided at lunch tasted good especially the Vietnamese fried spring rolls. Jessie, who attended to my questions pre-tour, was amazingly helpful and efficient and gave me a very good first impression of the company running the tour.

A very worthwhile tour! - Really was AMAZING. Communication before even meeting Nien was great. He kept me updated with arrival time precisely. He and driver, Mr WinWin worked fabulously as a team - the bus would magically appear just as we needed it. Nien shared an incredible amount of information interspersed with great humour. He was a genuine ambassador for his country. Timing throughout the day was great - ensuring that we were leaving a destination just as the tourist crowds were beginning to gather.

Amazing tours lived up to its name! - We did this day trip as a family of 4 with 7 people total on the tour and it was a fabulous experience. Beautiful scenery and it felt like we managed to get away from the crowds as we cycled, visited a local family and took a different route being rowed through caves in the boats. Nien was a great tour guide, and really enhanced the experience with his knowledge and explanations of the local culture, history and sights. Bus was very comfortable.

Ninh Binh Tour - Hung was well spoken in English, unfortunately ,he needs to learn when welcoming you for the first time not to ignore you by talking to the hotel reception. I found this extremely rude. Once trip was completed we completed a hand written review along with a digital review both he asked to give a 5 star review on and highlight his name with excellent communication and service which I didn’t feel comfortable with. I think when you’re paying a premium price for a service you shouldn’t be forced to write a misleading review. Dropping hints during the day about tipping isn’t really except able, I was disappointed that our boat trip didn’t fully return to starting point to review out photos as other tour guides did. A big thanks to your bus driver he was a extremely professional driver.
