• Thang Long Water Puppet - 07:30 - 08:00 The guide will pick up guests from their hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter for a 110km journey in a comfortable limousine through lush landscapes. There will be a stop for rest along the way. For those staying outside the Old Quarter, please proceed to the meeting point at Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre by 7:50 am to join the tour group. Note that the theatre is only a pickup point and not part of the tour itinerary.
• Bai Dinh Pagoda - 10:30 Arrive at the stunning Bai Dinh Pagoda complex, the largest in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Nestled at the base of Dinh Mountain, it offers breathtaking views of the river valley and surrounding limestone karsts.

This magnificent complex showcases the grandest Vietnamese traditional architecture, requiring a full day to explore entirely. Visitors will see highlights such as the 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats), two massive bronze bells weighing 27 and 36 tons, the Quan Yin statue with thousands of arms and eyes, and the Gautama Buddha statue.

• Trang An Landscape Complex - After lunch, guests will enjoy a rowing boat ride (rowed by both hand and feet) at Trang An Scenic Landscapes, a stunning natural beauty featuring majestic limestone massifs rising from rice paddies. The traditional sampan will glide gently down the river through numerous caves: Hang Toi (Dark) cave at 320 meters long, Sang (Light) cave at 90 meters, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking Wine) cave at 250 meters. Each passage reveals new mysteries hidden within tranquil, isolated valleys, transporting visitors to another world and time.
• Mua Caves - Arrive at Mua Cave and embark on an exhilarating hike up 500 steps to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for a spectacular view of the rice valley and the surrounding nature. The cave, meaning ‘Cave of Dance,’ may not be impressive itself, but the panoramic views from the peak are breathtaking. A stone staircase zigzags through the karst, leading to a simple altar to Quan Am (the Goddess of Mercy). Look west to see the Ngo Dong River winding through Tam Coc. The climb is paved but steep in sections, so bring water and allow an hour for the return. Then, return to the bus for the journey back to Hanoi.
• Thang Long Water Puppet - 17:00 Depart Mua Cave and drive back to Hanoi, arriving around 19:30. Guests will be dropped off at their hotel in the Old Quarter or the same meeting point (Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre). Conclude an unforgettable full-day trip!
