Cooking Class (3 hours and 3 dishes) & bonus 1 Egg Coffee
ITINERARY: - At 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, you will be greeted at our eatery (56 Hang Buom Street).
- Select from the 9 chef-recommended dishes, then visit the nearby wet market to purchase fresh produce for the class and discover more about the Vietnamese cuisine you’ll be preparing for 1 hour.
- By 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, return to the restaurant to start the food preparation and cooking process, which lasts for 2 hours.
- At 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM, sit down to savor the meal you’ve cooked with us!

Highly recommend - We went on the morning market tour and cooking class with Daisy. It was great fun, Daisy did a great job of showing us all the different foods at the market and loved trying some new fruits. Cooking with Chef El and Daisy was excellent and looking forward to trying what we learnt at home.

Fun class and market, good for coeliacs - Great cooking class that included a fun walk and shop around the market for the ingredients with Daisy. Nice to have the option of choosing which meals you cook - not every class has that option. Also very accommodating of coeliac / gluten free family members.

A not to be missed experience!!! - As always Thiệt and her staff at Hoang’s never fail to deliver. Daisy was an excellent host and chef Long was so sweet and informative. We loved the trip to the market and the introduction to so many new Vietnamese fruits and veggies. The cooking experience was spectacular and only overshadowed by the dining experience afterward. The food was amazing and getting to leave with all the recipes such a treat. We were a party of 9 with one vegetarian in the group. Daisy made accommodations easily for our vegetarian friend and even though we were there well into the dinner hour, she never made us feel rushed or hurried. The staff there always make us feel like welcomed family members and always leave us wanting to return. Great place, great people and great experience!!! A not to be missed activity while in HàNội.

Daisy’s cooking class - Daisy was an amazing host, showing us around the local market and pointing out various produce. She was very knowledgable and friendly and made it a very memorable day.
Chef L was also very talented and assisted with tricky knife work. It was a jam packed day with 3 lovely dishes we chose as a group out of 9.
I would highly recommend to anyone - advanced or beginner when it comes to cooking 😁

Great fun with friends - It was so much fun and Daisy and Chef L were brilliant!! We toured the market which was great and then cooked recipes that we chose with the group. We learned knife skills and new ways to make delicious food.

Awesome market and cooking experience - Daisy and Chef L are the best. We made so much food and it was all delicious. Walking through the market to buy ingredients was a highlight. I am vegan and was very well taken care of. Thank you!

Nice cooking class ! - Such a nice afternoon we had ! Tracy showed us the local market and taught us how to cook spring rolls, Pho soup and stir fried chicken. Yummy !!

Awesome experience learning Vietnamese cuisine - We had an awesome time with Daisy and chef L. The cocking class started with a tour to the local market to buy fresh ingredients for us. Daisy was very helpful and polite throughout the activity and answered all our questions. We also tasted some fruits from the fruit stand. They accommodated our dietary requirements as we are vegetarian and suggested appropriate recipes to select from. Once we were done shopping for veggies, we came back and started the cooking session. Chef L was very patient and Daisy explained us everything. We made fresh rolls, Phó and Vietnamese stir fry tofu and veggies. At the end we enjoyed our meal and had a fantastic time.
