Extremely well organized for a rather complex excursion! - I am so pleased that we went to Macau with this Viator excursion. Both guides, Yvonne on the Hong Kong side and Cheryl in Macau were superb. Going back and forth from Hong Kong to Macau requires going through immigration twice in both directions, once leaving HK and entering Macau and then leaving Macau and entering HK. Without these guides who provided precise directions, I am not sure we could have done this ourselves. The tour of Macau was really fascinating and Cheryl provided us with a thorough history of Macau and led us through the streets of the old city making sure not to lose anyone along the way, which is a real accomplishment. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone considering a day trip to Macau.

Excellent trip and guide - I have wanted to visit Macau for many years, and took the opportunity while in Hong Kong. The trip there was by ferry, fairly comfortable, and back by coach via the new bridge. We took in the main sights in Macau. Our guide was Cisco, who was excellent, especially advising on a less crowded shopping area to visit. Lunch was buffet style at a large hotel, plenty of choice. The visit to a casino was my least favourite part, we did not have long, and It was very crowded, with a long queue for toilets, but by that time I was quite tired.

Don't Miss This Day Tour - The Macau day tour was an amazing experience - very well organized; with knowledgeable, attentive & caring guides like Yvonne and Cisco. Macau, a beautiful & well- preserved place, should be must-see. My sisters and I had a grand time. Pacing was just right for us, all seniors, some with mobility issues and slow in walking. Thanks to our companions for their consideration. This King Star is highly recommended.

Excellent guide - Most memorable part: our guide Sisco. He was the best guide I had ever. Another point: very well organized tour, quite complicated logistics went smoothly.

So little to see and much to gamble - The historical aspect of the church is interesting. The egg tarts were nice. Buffet lunch is so so. Other than the casinos, there is nothing much interesting to see culturally. The highlight is 40 min bridge transfer on the way back to HK.

Macau day trip...not so enjoyable. - Not much of sightseeing. It's more of a bus ride. The experience of taking a ferry to Macau...and return by the longest bridge across...over the sea was only memorable. It takes more time to travel, immigration...than actual sightseeing..in Macau. The guide was not very fluent in English, he did not explain a lot about the surrounding. It appeared that the focus was mainly on going up the Macau tower..for a view...for which u have to pay separately. If the weather is foggy..it's waste. Visiting St. Paul's church was good...but the lanes were very crowded. Overall....it was "ok" kind of experience.
