Great guide Linda - Linda was an excellent guide, informative and friendly. She looked after everybody, and at the end of the tour we all felt like friends. At the start of the tour Linda explained that because of the weather (fog) we would not be going to The Peak. Some people would receive links to get tickets for independent visits later in the day with the hope that the weather improved. This depended on the booking site used. One man who was not getting the link was quite aggressive, Linda dealt with this very well I thought, and the man left the group having been given a phone number to contact for a refund. The tour covered a lot of ground, including tram and ferry rides and dim sum lunch.

Interesting and Informative Walking Tour! - Maria was awesome! It was an interesting and informative walking tour. The Dimsum lunch, the milk tea, and the egg tart were all good. My family were the only ones going on the Peak Tram and so later in the walking tour, we separated from the entire group. Maria gave us good instructions on how to get to the tram and how to make our way back to the ferry pier after seeing Victoria Peak. The Victoria Peak Tram tickets and the ferry fare back to Kowloon were included in the 6-hour tour.

Great day in Hong Kong - We had a great day with Grace. She was very informative and funny. Grace went out of her way to ensure that everyone was safe and we really appreciated that. The lunch was very good and it was nice to try local food. Recommend this tour to anyone.

Good pace and great landmarks - Wonderful walking tour. Great pace. Monica was a fantastic tour guide. Very kind and knowledgeable. The only issue was had was that the tour I booked was somehow expired and did not include some of the attractions/stops that were listed. Monica thankfully helped us sort that out and accommodated us.

Effective way to get around Hong Kong - This is a tour, with a coach, not a walking tour. You were never on the coach for more than 15 minutes at a time travelling between stops and then the guide would walk you around the various stops for approx 30 minutes each time. Our guide, Grace, was a force of nature. She never stopped talking and her enthusiasm for the tour was evident although, for some, maybe too much so! I was left to my own devices to manage The Peak Tram element of the tour. All pretty straightforward although the queues to go up and down were very long!

Nice Overview of Hong Kong - A good overview of Hong Kong. Monica was a wonderful guide. We booked the tour that included Victoria Peak. I didn't understand from the description that we wouldn't get to do the Star Ferry and would not get to finish the tour if we went to the Peak so that was a bit disappointing.

Grace is a very rude and arrogant tour guide. - Today, December 10, I joined the HongKong City Tour I booked via Tripadvisor. We arrived early at Hang Seng Bank. When tour guide Grace arrived, I showed her my voucher and brusquely, she said we are not in her group and dismissively pointed that I go to the other tour guide present, I think her name was Angela. When I approached the other tour guide, she said that we belong to the group of Grace. The two tour guide discussed briefly using their own local language and we ended up at the group of Grace. There were three other couples whose names were not on their list as well. Grace passed around her cellphone and said that we should write our names there. When it was my turn to write, she rudely grabbed her cellphone from my hand and loudly said No! I was taken aback but I still politely asked her why. She turned her back and ignored me. I was embarrassed as the other tourist saw what she did. Then she passed around her attendance paper and advised the other 3 couples to write their names. When I also wrote my name, she erased it. I asked her why she did it and she sharply looked at me. I still kept my patience as I did not want to cause any disturbance. We all rode the coach. In two of our stops, she did a roll call twice using the attendance paper, she called everyone except us despite the fact that we were in front of her, this happened twice. Again, I still kept my patience. After lunch, I approached her to ask for some clarification about the tour. She was ignoring me, but when tourmates from US or UK approached her, she right away acknowledged them and answered their questions lengthy. Even though we booked a 6 hour tour, we decided to leave because we can no longer tolerate her bad and dismissive behavior. We did not join the ferry ride, the lookout point anymore and was not able to use the skip the line to the peak tram which was included in the tour because I could not ask her questions because of her dismissive behaviour. As we were waiting for the bus, I again approached her but she just ignored me. She only turned when I said that we will leave already and will not finish the tour anymore. She finally turned to me and again with her rude attitude said not to leave anything in the bus. Grace may have gotten a different reviews from other travellers but our experience with her was horrible. Grace should undergo further training in hospitality and to treat all travellers fairly. I have travelled the world and this is the first time that I experienced a rude and arrogant tour guide.
