OUR AMAZING EXPERIENCE - The food tour was really good, we got to try lots of food. We had Mel as our food guide. He was easy to talk to, and explained the history of Hong Kong really well. We arrived in HK the night before we went and we were a little intimidated to eat at a local restaurant so we last minute booked the food tour and he taught us the process of ordering without using cantonese. So I would definitely come back on his food tour.

Amazing tour with Sinclair! - Sinclair was fantastic. He took me and my family on an incredibly informed tour of the food on Hong Kong island. Highlights included dim sum, beef noodle soup, and the outdoor markets. Sinclair was full of facts and antidotes throughout the tour and took wonderful pictures of our experience. Thank you Sinclair for the great memory!

Authentic taste of Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong! - We had an amazing time with our guide Alex. Being Hong Kong born and bred, he had a fantastic depth of knowledge about the history of the areas we visited, and also about Cantonese cuisine, which made for a very informative 4 hours. The restaurants and tea houses we visited, were both historical and unique in what they served…yum cha, bbq meats, wonton noodle soup etc. It is a definitely authentic taste of Hong Kong Cantonese cuisine, and the best way to spend half a day in Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

Great tour, great food, great guide. - Absolutely fantastic tour made even better by our guide, Sinclair. A truly great guy who went out of his way to show us to the best restaurants, made sure the food was excellent and shared so much knowledge with us. Even though we were late (we did phone him to let him know) he didn’t rush us or cut short our tour. As I said… a fantastic tour with a superb guide!

Best Food Tour - a must when in HK - By far one of my favorite food tours . Alex was knowledgeable, welcoming, and overall cared about his group. Alex had reached out the night before providing information and photos of our meet up point which I found to be extremely helpful especially for first timers. We started off the tour with a lot of great information into Hong Kong, Cantonese Cuisine, and British Influences. Also providing insightful historial details of the dried fish markets and Chinese medicine . He was very informative and I learned a lot from this tour . All of our stops were delicious from dim sum to bbq pork . Very authentic and Michelin guide approved . It was also exciting to see the markets and even ride a tram found only on HK island also the longest escalator. Thank you Alex for the great tour . Would recommend this tour as a must when visiting Hong Kong .

Perfect exprience of Hong Kong Island - Our tour with Ivy was absolutely perfect — she made Hong Kong’s vibrant food scene and culture come alive in the most delightful way! We began with a classic dim sum experience at Luk On Kui Tea House on Des Voeux Road West in Sheung Wan. It was the perfect start to the day. Walking along Wing Lok Street and Des Voeux Road West, we explored the fascinating world of dried seafood, shark fins, and Chinese medicinal goods. Next, we savored a bowl of the most delicious wonton noodle soup at Mak An Kee on Wing Kut Street. We then hopped on The Escalator, stopping for a cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea at Lan Fong Yuen on Gage Street, where the creamy, rich flavor truly lived up to the hype. Walking through the Graham Street wet market, Ivy gave us a glimpse of the bustling local market life, with its vibrant colors, fresh produce, and authentic energy. A ride on the iconic ding ding tram brought us to Wan Chai, where the food adventure continued with the most succulent char siu (BBQ pork) at Joy Hing on Stewart Road. To top it all off, we ended the tour on a sweet note. trying out some local baked sweets. Ivy was the perfect guide — knowledgeable and warm. Indeed, she did such a great job that we decided to go on another tour with "Hello Hong Kong" to explore Kowloon, where Ivy helped with the booking and making it all happen.
