Hong Kong to Macau
Guests will be collected from their location in Hong Kong, along with their luggage, and driven to the Hong Kong immigration booth by the bridge. Immigration and customs will be processed while remaining in the vehicle, with the driver providing instructions on when to present passports. The immigration process is expected to take no more than 5 minutes, after which the journey will continue across the bridge to Macau. Guests will be dropped off at the Macau bridge port immigration building with their luggage to proceed through immigration on foot to enter Macau. A seamless vehicle change will be arranged to transport guests to their destination in Macau.
Macau In Town to Hong Kong
Guests will be picked up from their location in Macau, along with their luggage, and driven to the Macau bridge port immigration building. A greeter will meet guests upon exiting the vehicle and assist with the immigration process, which should take approximately 10 minutes and will be completed within the immigration building. All luggage must be carried personally. A seamless vehicle change will be arranged to cross the bridge to Hong Kong. Hong Kong immigration and customs will be processed while remaining in the vehicle, with the driver providing instructions on when to present passports. The immigration process is expected to take no more than 5 minutes, after which the journey will continue to the destination in Hong Kong.
