Amazing Private Highlights Tour of Hong Kong - Andy is an excellent tour guide. He gave us an overview of Hong Kong. He picked us up on time at the hotel and spent the day with us. Took us to a local dim sum place which was very good! We had a great tour of Hong Kong today and he is a great photographer as well. I highly recommend this tour if this is your first time to Hong Kong.

Great Tour! - Our guide Andy did a great job of customizing our itinerary as we had done a couple of the suggested items on the Kowloon side the previous day when we arrived. Several things were added that we had no idea existed, and the day flowed really well. Andy went 'over time' to allow a couple extra stops to be fitted in, and he constantly provided useful and insightful information. Overall the tour did precisely what we hoped it would in terms of giving us a great overview of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon in a single day.

Excellent Guide - Excellent guide. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. Randy provided a unique insight into the history and culture of China and Hong Kong. Only drawback was that Chinese immigration delayed our disembarkation which led to a late start of our tour. The tour was not extended and ended at the originally scheduled time. Otherwise, everything else about our day was perfect.

Hong Kong Group Tour - We were a group of 10 people, all family and friends. Our tour guide was Randy. He did a great job of keeping everyone together and taking us to great sites. We had a huge bus for our group with ample space. The only downside is that it had a string cigarette smoke smell. Other than that, it was good.

Not the Hong Kong experience we hoped for - Our guide, Endy, provided courteous service; however, the tour itself fell short of expectations. His English proficiency was limited, and the itinerary, while familiar to him, did not align with our preferences. The most significant issue involved the Victoria Peak tram experience. Endy unexpectedly disembarked us at the summit, deviating from the typical procedure. While he showed us some gardens, this was not our preferred activity, and the city/harbor view was restricted. We anticipated a superior vantage point from the tram stop. Upon arrival at the funicular queue, his instruction to purchase tickets at the green awning resulted in a 45-minute wait. Our request for a round-trip fare surprised the attendant. The 15-minute ride concluded at the base, offering no view or points of interest, and we encountered a lengthy queue (estimated at over an hour) for the return trip. Contacting Endy for pickup resulted in a 30-minute wait. There were more miscommunications on the excursion, but we didn't receive the Hong kong experience that we looked forward to.
