Best views from Sky100 tower - If you are a Hong Kong first time visitor, Sky100 is the place to visit. It will give you a very clear idea where you are and where you want to go visit. After Sky100 we went to Hong Kong Island by Didi and it was one of the best desitions we made during our stay there. After viewing HGK from that high we sat down and sip a beer to relax and enjoy. Great experience.

sky100 thoughts - Although the weather is not good, you can experience the 100-meter elevator, which also introduces various attractions in Hong Kong. The surrounding space allows you to take photos of the entire Hong Kong, which is a good experience. It would have been a great experience if the weather had been better. If I have the chance, I will invite my friends and family to experience sky100

What a View - Hong Kong is a remarkable city, sky100 gives you an unparalleled perspective. It seems cheesy but it’s worth it.

Great 360 degree views - Great views, especially if you have already been to the Peak as you can see everything from Sky100 that you couldn't see from the Peak. Apart from a cafe and a small gift shop not much else up there, but the view was enough.

Great views - We visited on a weekday afternoon and also had our lunch at the cafe there. Unfortunately , it was quite foggy that day but it was quiet so we really enjoyed our time walking around the observatory to take in the views.

Not recommended - Unfair behavior. We went on Friday evening with a ticket purchased for an open date and we were informed that part of the terrace was closed for a private event: in detail it was the terrace with the view of the island, that is, for which the main visit is made. They say to check the site as they communicate the closed sectors, however I still consider it unfair behavior as they sell a service that they are not able to provide (especially if you pretend to be a 360-degree panoramic terrace and then close pieces of it). The view during the day is beautiful, with the ox you can see little because the interior lights reflect on the glass and the view is greatly affected. Not Recommendation.

Not a chance I'll go back, however there is an alternative that's better value... - Rarely I write a poor review, but authenticity is required. So full price ticket from Viator was around US$23.00, but I used my Viator rewards and got it for £1.00 UK sterling. The attraction was pretty decent in fairness, but there was a global brand jewellers having a private function on the observation deck. As a result lift was selectively closed off, staff were snotty and officious and literally herding 'the public' (me) with almost contemptuous indifference and definite rudeness. Half of the Observation deck was closed off, making it half an attraction in my view - and therefore half an entrance fee should apply - call me old fashioned and direct if you must! Good views of the city from the bit I did see, absolutely no chance of seeing the other half. Security were fawning and tripping over themselves to please private clients and shaft the public. So I also went and got some food in the cafe at Sky100. One ok(ish) Cappuccino, one Japanese milk ice cream (really nice) and a chicken pannini cost HK$ 25.00. Rip off guys!! The chicken pannini was the smallest warm roll with cheese and two tiny pieces of chicken in it - i'd have been embarrassed even serving it - and I wouldn't have done! Half the cafe sitting area was also closed off for the jewellers function too, even though only 2 party planners were sitting there. The bit that could be accessed had dirty plates and cutlery left on them and I had to move them myself to sit down. Would not recommend the attraction...INSTEAD try this good 'trick' ... Go to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel next door and head up to the Ozone Cocktail Lounge/Bar. It's FREE! It's beautiful - dress nicely, it's classy, and behave yourself (not like some of the public on the Sky100 floor). It's also on the 118th floor so higher than the Sky 100 Observation Deck, with better views - just saying. Clean, accessible restrooms too. If you want to access the outside sitting area it's HK$ 50.00 minimum spend. Get some beautiful food and a fantastic cocktail, from great and attentive staff - for LESS than the price you pay for entrance to Sky100 and food/beverages in their poor cafe. Sky100 a real let down, but the Ozone Lounge saved the day for me. Sadly, the clouds came in and blocked the views eventually forcing me to have 2 more brilliant cocktails. Try their Fire Cocktail...yum. Review is authentic and very fair considering my experience, but you pay your money, you take your choice. Happy to respond to Sky100 if they contact me...
