Our tours transport visitors from the Icy Strait Point Cruise Ship port and Hoonah to the natural playground we cherish daily. The waters near Icy Strait Point are renowned for some of the best humpback whale watching in the world.

Quadruple breach!! - Captain Billy gave us an unforgettable tour! We saw humpback whales bubble net feeding and four consecutive breaches in a row! We also asked if Captain Billy could show us a bunch of random animals and he found them all! We saw bears, otters, puffins, and a sea lion! Highly recommend

Captain Billy is recommended - Capt Billy and his daughter Taylor gave us a wonderful tour out of Hoonah. They showed us brown bears, sea otters, sea lions, and some porpoises. To top it off we were in the midst of a bunch of humpback whales and could hear them singing thru the bottom of the boat. Wonderful people.

Highlight of our trip - I cannot recommend this tour enough; Captain Billy was excellent! He went out of his way to make sure we had a fabulous time, and he was knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions. We were fortunate enough to be able to see sea lions, a bear on the shore, otters, humpback whales, bald eagles, and the sheer beauty of Alaska. This trip was of the highlights of our Alaskan vacation, and we definitely hope to do it again someday.

Magical! - The tour with Captain Billy and his daughter was awesome! Both of them answered our many questions. Billy stopped on the way to the whales when he spotted a bear on the beach so we could observe and take pictures. Then we headed out to see some whales. There were about 20 whales around us including a baby and its mother. We got some really nice videos and photos. The whole experience was so beautiful! Highly recommend Captain Billy and his daughter! Thank you for a magical afternoon!

Great trip - Billy and his daughter were great! Being on a smaller boat is soo nice. Every person on the boat had a great view. Saw tons of wildlife and Billy and Taylour had tons of information about them.

Excellent Tour - We add an awesome time! Captain Billy is very knowledgeable and informative. We saw Orcas, humpbacks, otters with babies, sea lions, eagles and even a bear on shore! It was an amazing day

Fantastic whale watching tour - Captain Billy was an excellent guide. He ensured that we not only saw whales, but also sea otters and lions, a bear and eagles. We also loved learning about his Native American culture.

Wonderful Whale Watching Experience - Billy was an amazing captain. We got to see so many whales, even some bear and sea otters. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and overall wonderful. We had s great time, absolutely would recommend.
