A Perfect Day of Sightseeing - This was our second trip with Hop-On-Hop-Off Banff and it was perfect! Trip guides, Dominique and Louis were able to coordinate our schedule to allow us to spend more time at the places we love. Thanks also to the very adept drivers, Robbie and (sorry didn’t catch the other driver’s name). So glad you were at the wheel! 🤗 Dominique’s recommendation for lunch at the Whitehorn restaurant was a surprise highlight of our trip! The food was fantastic and the views were breathtakingly beautiful! Highly recommend Hop-On-Hop-Off Banff if you are looking for a perfect day of sightseeing!

Hope On Banff gave us a full day of adventure - We chose Hop On Banff for our day tour after researching other options, including the Parks Canada shuttles. They offered the best value and most flexibility in our schedule and gave us ample time at Johnston Canyon to reach the upper falls, at Lake Louise to make it to the Lake Agnes Tea House (a bit hectic but doable) and to marvel at Moraine Lake atop the Rockpile. There was an additional stop available to take the Lake Louise Gondola, but we opted for an earlier return in order to explore downtown Banff and get dinner. Free parking at the Banff train station was easy and convenient. Our drivers and guides were all first class and the retro feel of the school bus was fine (tip - avoid sitting over the rear wheels in back, as it gets quite bumpy).

Don’t miss this tour- the best! - We have been fortunate to have done many tours around the world and this one ranks up at the very top. The school buses are so clever and easy to spot, the guides so knowledgable and friendly and they tailored each hike at each location to the individual. And always on time!

A tour with a lot of freedom. A friendly and cheerful Guide and driver! - Although I barely speak English, I was on a bus tour that would take me to various lakes just by riding the day before, so I wanted to go on a tour with a lot of freedom, so I joined this one, which had good reviews. At first I was worried that my English skills would have been OK on this tour, but my Guide Lewis was friendly, using translation apps and gestures to communicate with me, and was able to successfully schedule my own trip. At first I was impatient, not knowing there were buses 1 and 2, but the driver woman (I forgot her name...)kindly told me and I managed to understand it. The Guides and drivers are very kind. It was also a pleasant ride. The Guides and drivers of bus 2 were very kind, and the tour itself ended safely and happily in a good atmosphere. The attraction is that you can stay where you want to go slowly because you can make your own schedule. The gondola was less crowded in the morning and I was able to enjoy the lovely scenery by myself, and Lake Louise was able to walk to the back road which I couldn't go on the previous day's tour, so I was glad to see the hotel and the lakeside scenery, and to enjoy it for two days.
