Visiting from California - This was a Birthday gift for my granddaughter to visit Boston. Our driver was Sam I Am & Dr Phil. We had a great time learning of Boston landmarks and history. It was perfect weather not too hot and not too cold. Coming from California we were a little worried but the weather was perfect! Thanks Sam & Phil for a wonderful day!!

Great trip - Our tour guide,Chris, was very knowledgeable and fun. Even though it started to pour down rain in Cambridge we still had a good time. I recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see all of the famous/ historic places.

A ho hum tour - We booked a 24 stop tour thar was canceled two days before the tour. We had to settle for an 8 stop tour that was about the same price. The people on one bus were bored and one guy actually fell asleep. The recorded narration was poor. We did have a live person narrating on one bus and since we were the only people on the bus, she sat with us. She was very good and provided a lot of information. Disappointed that we were not able to take the 24 stop but with campus unrest, we were told roads were closed to the busses. Probably wouldn't recommen d to others.

Horrible Experience!! - We never got to use the tour because we waited for over an hour and the shuttle never arrived. We called and were told the shuttle was on it's way--it never showed up. The website says the shuttles come every 30 minutes--not true. After waiting for over an hour and wasting our day standing on the side of the road, we ended up going on another shuttle tour who had buses running every 15 minutes. I should have seen the 2 stars this company has before booking. I demand a full refund immediately.

Tour Cancelled at Short Notice - Tour was cancelled with less than 24 hour notice with no explanation given. We took the Old Town Trolley tour instead and it was fantastic.

Reduced Stops without intimation - The 24 stop tour was reduced to 8 stops only without prior intimation, on the excuse of bad weather when it was indeed a sunny day. I suspect it was low staff or pax availability …. Whatever, an unfortunate experience 🥲
