Nice tour for the money - Nice and easy tour to get out to the Palace of Knossis and to see all around town. We had only a day in the port and got to see a little bit of Heraklion.

Definitely a 5* service - I had an amazing time using this tour bus service. The staff of the tour bus were so helpful and very professional. I forgot my souvenir bag on the bus and I contacted them on WhatsApp and got a response immediately with clear instructions provided to me on how to get my bag. My bag was handed to an amazing staff called Ioanna same day and I got my souvenir bag intact from her at the same bus stop. I was also kept company while I waited for the bus on the 2nd day by the friendly Melina at the Port stop. Just an amazing service and it’s 5/5. I’ll definitely be using them again when next I’m in Greece.

Sooooo helpful! - Arrived in Heraklion on a cruise just for a day so wanted to do a lot in a little time. Kalliopi Fazou was so helpful enabling us to see some cultural sights and spend time at a beautiful beach. The bus service is brilliant with also a helpful driver. Thank you.

Very good - Although the tour is short (we knew it before we hired him) it was very useful to know parts of the city that otherwise we could not have since we were very little time in Heraklion, we also did not take the tour to get off and tour Knosos

Good way to travel - Great way to get around the main tourist spots. We used this bus while on a cruise. Pickup is conveniently located at the Port. Only confusing part is which bus to get on as there were about 4 different companies. Once you know the logo, it's easy to spot the correct bus.

Too time consuming - Took too long to get around. Didn't do 2nd day. Too time consuming. The length of time to get through city. Very exhausting

Not recommended - No air conditioning in the bus. A lot of confusion on which bus to take as there is a different company with the same color bus. This company should consider painting their buses a different color to make it easier for passengers to decipher their rides.

Just okay - This excursion is just okay. There is several hop on buses and they all look alike and it is difficult to know which one is yours and when it is coming to each stop. Cost in person was only 10 dollars some over paid.

Stay away!!! From Sun Logo City Bus tour - The Red Line City bus tour with the Sun logo is the worst. They charge 25.00 Euro’s which is ridiculous for what you get. Use the real city bus! They crowd everyone on like cattle so good luck getting on. We had to walk to at least the 6th stop and then wait an hour while all the other company busses were passing us. We were told they only had one bus at the 6th station stop. Finally got on and just rode until stop 11, missing most of everything. Walked around which was nice. Then just walked back to the boat. Lot’s of walking, and out $25 Euro, stay away!
