Great for all generations - Loved the upper covered portion of the deck. The recorded narrative was great, easy for my parents (in their 80’s) to hear, and we appreciated that the driver didn’t have to narrate so he could focus on driving on those narrow streets. He did a beautiful job driving.

Great way to explore a new city - It was a very enjoyable and informative tour. Wonderful way to explore a new city. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only suggestion to further improve the service , the pick up and drop location should be near to parking lot

Perfect way to scope out a city - This is our go to in a new city. Get the lay of the land on day one to see what we'll want to see.. This one was excellent. Great narration and a really great amount of territory covered.

Victoria Experience - Loved seeing Victoria, the beautiful gardens, the great restaurant choices, and the bus tour guides did a fabulous job of sharing the history and culture with us. Thank you!

Great tour guide - Ed did a great tour. Unfortunately we didn’t get all the stops because of a car show & bike race. We then had a less time on the tour & we unable to do a hop off again

Worth It!! - Very informative and interesting. Remember to bring a jacket, as. It gets chilly near the waterfront.

Oversold - We lined up for the 1:30 tour before 1 and couldn't get on until 2. The prerecorded tour info wasn't loud enough or what we could hear very interesting.

This was only for half a... - This was only for half a day and not even full half day but a specific time frame. By the time we go to this, we had already missed 2hrs of the specific time so this was not really worth it and not properly adertised.

Not worth it - You can save yourself the money there's nothing to see the best it can be in victory is going to parliament taking pictures outside and maybe going to Butcher Gardens Don't waste your time there or your money

Pre-recorded tour with unpredictable schedule. - We purchased this hop on hop off tour as a way to see the city during a short port day from our cruise ship. It seemed perfect because there is a shuttle from the cruise port that delivers guests to the Empress Hotel, where this tour starts and finishes. The tour is pre recorded and difficult to hear from the top deck. Nothing special at all. Just a very generic “these are the big attractions with a short history of them.” Because it wasn’t a live tour guide, it’s not like there were any moments where they share info about something special that is currently happening or we are passing. Also, there was no recent information shared, all history. The recording could be from this year or from 29 years ago and we’d never know because they shared no current info. I’ve never had a hop on hop off that wasn’t a live tour, so it was a bit of a disappointment for $60/person. We were told the busses come every 30 minutes. While the busses usually often come every 30 minutes, sometimes they instead have an hour between, which was really surprising since we were told they come every 30 minutes and weren’t given a schedule. As we are here on a cruise ship. So, we have a very hard deadline to be back at the ship. We had planned for a couple of stops but were unable to go to our last and most coveted stop, because we got stuck at a stop that had an hour between, setting our travel back 30 minutes. Had this been $20/person, I would have felt like the unpredictable bus schedule and pre-recorded tour were what we paid for, but not at $60/person for a larger group of travelers. Total bummer!
