SCAm. Does not exist don’t book - The bus never came was never there. No service was provided, SCAM. Do not book. Our entire holiday was ruined. Had to cancel our our tours as we were scammed

Worst experience with the hop on and hop off bus service. - Very bad bus service. wasted 3 hours of valuable time. I reported it and I was told that I will get refund. Bad experience for my friend who had come from India.

Terrible. Fraud. The operator does not exist. - The operator never showed up. I waited 1h25 with kid. This is fraud. Called the 1-800 and no response just music on hold. Still trying to get money back from Viator.

Not worth the money - Couldn't find it items being described... automated recording did not match locations... Didn't even get to see the Twin Towers footprint.

Don’t do it - This was not good. I’m disappointed it was the first option that came up on Travel Advisor, We got to the departure place.. which I had to look up because it wasn’t on any of the communication. There was a guy there selling tickets for half of what we paid online. We waited an hour, there was no tour guide, audio worked half the time and the bus never stopped. We were the only ones on the bus. We would not of had gotten off for fear it never seeing another bus. Go to the corner and buy tickets for another company; there were a lot of people selling tickets.

Just say no - Save yourself the time and money, use another company. The other hop on, hop off buses had buses running constantly and were easy to find and catch. Ours was not. We had to call to figure out when a bus would be where we were, and couldn’t always get someone to answer. It was a headache.
