Recommended - Jasmine loved very attentive, helped us a lotooo!! He gave us very good recommendations for our tour. He supported us very much explaining in Spanish and all his recommendations were very useful. Great.

Well Worth It - We were a little bit hesitant about this tour giving the negative feedback given in some of the reviews. The actual experience was great … even with the rain coming down and the roof closed on the top of the bus. Our drivers on both of the tour routes we took were great, with one even getting off the bus at the Summer Palace to help a passenger run through the information in the bus stop. We certainly got to see the local sites with the Olympic Park being a highlight. Although the commentary (using the headphones provided) was a little scratchy, it provided lots of interesting information. Recommended.

Obsolete information - Was with my sister and we wanted to explore our city differently. Has so far everything worked smoothly and had a seat outside even in nice weather. We did the city tour, which took only 50 minutes instead of 1 hour. As announced, the Odeansplatz could not be approached, but one might have made another alternative, but anyway. What bothered us most was the outdated information such as the Gasteig and especially the Schrannenhalle. Here you got the information that there are small, Bavarian stands in the Schrannenhalle. Yeah, that was 10 years ago, before the concept went bust and Eataly took it over. Also the information about the Gasteig is totally outdated, because it will be renovated over the next few years and is no longer the home of the Munich Philharmonic, but the new Gasteig HP8, which is located where very different. The tourist may not mind, but find it rather a teasing and the tour is then overpriced!

Try the other company - Would not recommend this hop on hop off. Commentary was minimal there was so much time where it was just playing music when it could’ve been teaching me something. Bus was unreliable and we ended up wasting lots of time waiting for it.

Nothing special - The routes very short. Lector content could have been better. My plugged headset was constantly disconnecting and changing languages which was distracting. Better to pay for zone 1 day ticket.

Change of tour without info on website - Due to construction sites, 2 (out of 7) stops were not reached. These are not small/temporary construction sites, but construction works that have been known for a long time and will continue even longer. We were disappointed that this was not already mentioned on the website. Then we could have planned our day in Munich accordingly. The lady on the bus also knew no German and only little English, so she could not give us any information about the new route.

A lack of stopping by the bus put us off - We love a hop on-hop off bus as a great way to explore a new city, however we were disappointed in this one. The main office is near the central station which was easy to find and get tickets. However waiting for the buses is a bit chaotic with no clear lines to wait in. Annoying when lots of people just push in. We took the city tour which was interesting but the bus didn't actually stop to allow anyone off, nor was there a bell to alert the driver to get off. This meant we couldn't get off to explore - which was part of the reason for getting this bus. Now this maybe just our experience of this bus rather than all buses... We then finally could get off at Marienplatz as the bus finally stopped as lots of people got up to get off. We didn't then try another tour as this experience put us off...

Busses did not stay on schedule - The bus didn’t arrive as scheduled. We waited 30 minutes in the rain and then eventually had to just pay again to hop on with another company. I never saw another one of our busses, which is odd since they use the same route.

Don't bother - Worse city sightseeing tour ever, don't waste your money. Audio terrible constantly jumping and cutting out. Will be heading back to office to complain in person.
