The best - This little smart boy David was very helpful and kind to everyone he told us some kinds of informations that we didn’t know he told us how exiting is the bus tour and we hopped on it was very beautiful it was really good

Best choice - The city tour was very well organized, great route, especially the 90-minute tour in the evening was an experience. We received very helpful advice from the employee Rafiqi: an extra thank you! If you have enough time, we recommend the 48-hour ticket.

Walking tour the best part. Thanks Brigitte - Really worthwhile doing at the beginning of your stay in Vienna as it may inspire your choice of activities thereafter. I highly recommend the WALKING TOUR aspect. 90 minutes or so in length and the best part of the entire experience. We had a wonderful guide called BRIGITTE. She was fantastic 👏

Hop on/off enjoy 24hrs. - Great way to see what is worth visiting and to orientate yourself. Two routes available. Blue and Red. Also had the Danube canal cruise and the English speaking "Walking tour" with Max, which was not offered when purchasing a bus ticket on the day.

Bus trip ok but river trip disappointing, - None really. It was a very long slow trip. The river trip was disappointing. We did not go very far. We spent a lot of time waiting in a channel.

Little information about the stops, the drivers hardly speak English - The information we received was very brief and it took us a lot of work to find the stops. The map has very few signs, and very few images. The drivers hardly speak English so they are not very helpful. Many times they don't say the number of the stop in English, so you don't know.

Great bus, awful river cruise - The hop on hop off bus was great!! However the nature river cruise was awful. The outside speakers weren’t working and the bench seat was very uncomfortable for an almost 2 hour boring boat trip.

Do not use Viator - The fact that prior to the tickets being issued I discovered that even though I had searched for Paris I was given Vienna I contacted Viator and was told that they couldn’t change the booking even though the tickets still didn’t come through for over an hour after I made contact I then tried to change the booking through the bus company which they also couldn’t do as the booking was made via Viator My advise is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very poor experience - Extremely disappointed. The bus was waiting a long time in each stop. Not good description of places. No air condition in the bus in the temp of 33 degrees. The walking tour (11:30) today was the worst tour we have ever gone to. The tour guide only talked about places to eat and food. In one hour he only showed us two places - so we left after 1 terrible hour. We will never recommend this to any of our friends. Total waste of money.
