Great driver - Great price, punctuality, on April 27th around 6 pm I got on in Gatwick and went to Heathrow, the lady driving, route 36 was very nice, smiling, very good driver and very strong...she helped all clients loading the luggage.

Fantastic service - Absolutely fantastic- great prices compared to a taxi, comfortable, great drivers! I have done this from Oxford to Heathrow and Gatewick never an issue!

Confy coach! Nice service. - I used the coach when there was a strike on tube/local bus so the only way to get home was to take the coach from Gatwick to Heathrow and to my home. It was my first time to use the service. Very comfirtable, so I am going to use it again in the summer 2023. Was looking at the timetable and it looks like there are less services from midnight to early morning. I wonder if I book the later one (around 3:00) but get on the earlier one (around 1:00). I am not sure if I can make 1:00 one, but if I do then I would not want to wait for 2 hours...

Best way to get to/from Oxford - Very easy to find the stop at LGW North and bus came on time. We had arrived early so we asked if we could get on a bus before our reserved departure, and it was no problem. Driver (younger, very polite and well-spoken) was friendly and helpful. On return trip from Oxford back to Gatwick, the bus was late and the driver was not as helpful (did not make announcements, explain procedures or welcome guests, just played automated stop announcements). However we did arrive in plenty of time for our flight and obviously that's the main goal. A great way to travel and not deal with the hassle of trains. Comfortable, clean buses and convenient stops in Headington were handy. Will definitely take the service again when going to/from Oxford.

Disappointing ride - I took the bus Gatwick North-> Heathrow on Oct 7th scheduled at about 1 am (bus arrived at Gatwick North to pick us up with 30 min delay). Because of weekend road closures and the driver's incompetence to deal with these (unjustified for a professional driver, since weekend road closures in the area are common, as passengers were commenting), it took us more than twice the time (about 2:30 hrs) to get to Heathrow. After wandering around in local roads for a while, the driver stopped and declared inability to get us to Heathrow and asked passengers to assist. He asked passengers to help, using their own GPS. At some later instant, he stopped somewhere and asked a passenger to assist with backing the bus. Positive thing out of this mini-disastrous ride was that I got a chance to experience the great social consciousness of the (mostly) UK passengers, who, instead of complaining (e.g. because some must have missed their connecting flights) were supportive to the driver. Surely, a better driver training should be on the company's to-do-list.

Horrible service - buy a ticket from Gatwick to Heathrow, I get on the bus at 5:00am, it turns out that it takes me to Oxford, the driver doesn't check it before getting on the bus, he leaves me at Wymcombe and tells me that the next bus will return to Heathrow, they don't charge me, it was their fault, they let me get on the next bus at 6:23am and surprise, the driver says that they have charged me for the ticket again, I will never use this company again in my life, due to an oversight they have charged me for two tickets, they are shameless and unprofessional, I mean I buy a ticket to Paris and I am in Madrid and I also have to pay again zero star ******Be careful before taking the AIRLINE BUSES bus where it goes because the drivers are unprofessional. If they don't take you anywhere, your ticket doesn't matter and you pay double and lose time and money.******

Worse service ever - The coach no 38 bus driver was rude and even thought I had the ticket in my national coach app he asked me to show an email. I’m from overseas and don’t have access to wifi most of the time. He then went on to say that I should have booked my coach on the airline directly as it’s cheaper then national coach. I was so Annoyed and it’s wasn’t a bad experience on this journey when we went from high Wycombe to Gatwick on the 14th august at 12.28pm bus was half an hour late. This caused us delays.

Not recommended anymore - Unfortunately the airline has decided to aggregate the two services and now to go to Gatwick or come back from Gatwick it goes through Heathrow. This is unacceptable, the travel is so long and also expensive.
