Great time drifting over the Moroccan desert - We took this trip late in September 2024. We were collected outside our hotel gate on time by a helpful driver at around 6am. He took us to the ballooning area where we arrived while it was still dark and we were treated to coffee or tea and a small snack. We then watched the balloon being inflated before climbing in with about 10 other guests. Our pilot really put us at ease which was essential because my fiancé has a fear of heights. Maybe ballooning wasn’t the best choice for her, but she overcame her fear and had a great time. The winds were really light on the day that we flew and we only traveled about 500m away from the location where we took off. As we got a little higher, the direction of the wind changed, and we ended up blowing back, almost to where we took off. During the flight we were treated to amazing views of the sunrise over a mountain as well as around 50 other balloons that had taken off in the same area that morning. We were able to get some amazing photos and video and I would really recommend taking a good camera or a GoPro with you. We landed after over an hour in the air. Having been ballooning once before, I was surprised at how gentle the landing was. We were picked up by the same minibus that collected us from the hotel and taken back to the takeoff location where we had breakfast. We were then taken back to our hotel where we arrived before 10 AM.

Special - Exceptional and beautiful trip. Not to be missed if you are in two minds. Excellent breakfast in great setting. We all loved it.

Amazing - Amazing experience, worth the early start for the views! Felt very safe & it was very peaceful up there. Tour was organised well & it was nice that they include breakfast at the end.

Small group baloon flight with breakfast and transfers - Great experience - pick up was flawless, the venue was very nice and artistic, baloon flight which was amazing, smaller than usual (10ppl and not 20). We had a very competent team and felt safe throughout a flight. It was great to start at the same time as all other balloon rides and be in the sky with 20+ other ones (some companies offer later start and there were a few balloons going up when everyone else was packing up). Landing was smooth and we were picked up immediately, got our certificates issued and taken back to the venue for a tasty breakfast which was varied and plentiful. There was also a photo / video service offered for 200pp which included GoPro to take with you and drone video. We did not use it but it looked great and others were happy with this service. This was cash only so worth taking money with you (it wasn’t mentioned in the description). Overall very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend/ use again.

Amazing sunrise hot air balloon ride - Amazing experience! All the staff were so lovely and friendly, making you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this company. We paid extra for a drone video which is done by the photographer there, it was very reasonably priced and a lovely memory to watch back.

Amazing Balloon Ride - Excellent experience. I highly recommend this experience in Marrakech. Sunrise Balloon ride was amazing and all the other balloons going up at the same time was exciting.

Wonderful! Plus size experience: - For plus size travelers: we booked the small group flight, and when we arrived in the morning, Abdo did a discrete, professional, and courteous job of letting us know that he recommended the larger basket ride because the compartments are slightly bigger. We really appreciated his insight and willingness to work with another tour operator to get us on a larger flight with bigger basket compartments. This is particularly important for landing, which requires riders to make a specific squat position with everyone in your compartment facing the same way. We ended up having plenty of space, great views, and a very comfortable ride and landing. Plus size folks may want to consider booking a larger group tour, or book the small group and trust that the drivers and pilots have your comfort in mind if they recommend a slight change. Mustapha, the pilot, was very generous with his knowledge and was a clear expert. Abdo, in addition to the helpful changes mentioned above, was a super careful and safe driver and it was helpful to get a picture of the van and license plate from him when he confirmed pick up the night before. Excellent! We’ll remember this great experience for a long time!

Marrakesh Hot Air Balloon - Amazing morning from start to finish. The hot air balloon ride was fantastic and would highly recommend the experience.

What an experience?! - Have always wanted to go up in a hot air balloon & I absolutely loved it especially seeing all the other balloons & the highlight was seeing the sun rise in the peaceful environment (except for the fire charging in the balloon). Being in a smaller basket was worth it. I would have loved to have been up higher & for a longer time. All the guys who prepared everything were friendly & ensured we were all ok. This is something I will do again next time I am in Marrakech.
