They also have equipment such as drones, GoPro cameras and professional cameras to record the experience in the best way. Wonderful experience!

Great balloon ride, everything else was terrible - Chose this tour because the description indicated it was just the hot air balloon ride. Instead, we were stuck for an additional 4 hours at a series of tourist traps against everyone’s will. Pick up was initially communicated as 4:30am and at 3am I revived a message that they would be arriving 30 minutes early. Rough start. And then they got pulled over by the police for driving illegally… Hot air balloon ride was fantastic. Felt safe and was a fun new experience. After landing, we were taken back to the takeoff site where they tried to sell us photos of the experience for $2500mxn ($125usd) which was the same cost as the flight itself.. They continued to press us after we said it was too high and offered them at a significantly lower price ($600mxn) in lowered voices so the other customers didn’t hear. Uncomfortable. We were then taken to a breakfast spot with bad buffet food. The whole group waited In the parking lot for 20 minutes after finishing, unable to find either the guide or driver. Once the guide came back after multiple messages he put us on a drawn out tour of the obsidian workshop and gift shop. Next, we were given a choice between visiting the Tenochtitlán archaeological site or taking a cave tour. We opted for the cave because we’d already been to Tenochtitlán and were soo frustrated to find that it was actually another obsidian factory tour and gift shop. Only in the last 10 minutes of our hour there were we taken to a really small cave. The people were nice but I felt bad they had to give us the same exact tour we’d all just received at a different location. Finally, it was time to go home but we were switched to a much smaller van that was cramped and super hot. For their finale we were all dropped off at a single location in Mexico City instead of taking us to our individual hotels as everyone believed was the agreement. Not what any of the guests signed up for and we felt trapped the whole time. Terrible.
