Visit if you can ! - The guy guiding the city tour was very knowledgeable and answered any questions travellers may have . The afternoon tour to NASA was on different transport, taking 35/40 mins to reach the Space centre. The centre is extremely interesting & well organised. Tours available of the Rocket park & Astronaut training facilities. We felt that the time allowed at the Space centre was sufficient to see most exhibits . A good day .

Houston city tour and NASA Space Centre Houston experience - Good city tour with interesting info from tour guide. Good careful driver. Pity it rained during the morning tour. As for the Soace Centre, it was a great experience seeing the rockets and viewing the many exhibits, past and present endeavours.

Wonderful trip to Nasa in Houston - The trip was brilliantly organized by the tour group: Houston City Tours. The shuttle bus was on time and we arrived at NASA quite quickly. We took the tram tours straight away, as they can get very busy. My husband and I enjoyed the whole experience , especially Saturn 5 rocket. The Nasa centre also put on a wide variety of exhibits in the main hall-which were excellent.

Not as “cool” as we expected. - Very interesting, but a bit disappointing that everything beyond the “basic” exhibition was an extra charge. Not as “cool” as we expected it to be. Some of the staff seemed less than happy to actually talk with guests…

A must-visit for space enthusiasts - Our visit to the NASA Space Center in Houston, TX, was an overall enjoyable experience. We arrived shortly after it opened for the day to ensure we could reserve a spot on one of the three tram tours. The center is a fantastic destination, especially for those fascinated by space exploration. The exhibits were impressive and provided valuable insights into the history and future of space travel. However, navigating the center proved challenging due to inadequate signage. Without the help of a tour guide, we struggled to locate various areas. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful either. When I inquired about the day's film shows, I was directed to the theater, only to find the area barricaded and inaccessible. Seeking further assistance, I approached an elderly staff member who took me back to the Help Desk, where another staff member informed us that no shows were being held that day, though it was mentioned in their brochure. This miscommunication wasted a frustrating 30 minutes of our time. The Mission Control tram (White) tour felt overhyped and left much to be desired. The primary feature was a replay of the Apollo 11 moon landing video, highlighting the last few minutes before touchdown—content already widely available in the public domain. The experience would have been far more engaging if a guide had walked us through the various screens in the control room, explaining their significance in real-time operations. To fully explore the center and appreciate all its exhibits, dedicating an entire day is essential. While there were some logistical drawbacks, the Space Center remains a must-visit for space enthusiasts.

No tram seats - Missed the astronaut training and mission control, the main purpose of my trip. All seats were booked. Viator should advise about this in their ad.

Sad - Booked for 2 tours, turned out needed a reservation for the second tour. We were not given notice of a need to have a reservation. Paid for the second tour. Not cool.
