My best friend and I went there to celebrate her wedding so she could relax and laugh. We had an amazing time at the lady at the front desk was awesome. She helped us through some of our photos and made us laugh throughout.

First let’s start with the good The rooms and backgrounds were so cool. The experience of being able to make the fun photos what you wanted them to be was exactly what I hoped for and expected. The staff was super friendly and ready to be of assistance. The bad From the start everything seemed very unorganized even just trying to check in and figure out what was supposed to happen first. The app was not working behind the counter to check us in or show what was purchased. Then the explanation came of what to do and how it worked. We were given a selfie light which did not work and could not really hold our phone in place to get straight square pictures. The staff tried to charge our light but that did not really work. We continued on anyway with a half broken selfie stand. I had purchased the $20 add on for three printed pictures which I thought was going to be in one of the rooms or with some kind of unique background. This was not the case. Just a blank wall photo and no on explained where it was even at. So when we took the pics on our own we didn’t even know they were the ones we had to choose from to get printed. The. When they were printed I didn’t even get a cover or cardboard frame to put them in. Just printed pics with no way to carry them. The last part was the DJ booth pictures that seemed to have battery operated equipment with lights and sound that did not work. This would have just been a cool entertainment factor and may have played into cool video or short boomerang photos. No one bothered to put batteries in it nor did they seem to care. Hard to say I fully enjoyed it with my family especially when it cost me almost $30 per person this included a child. Sad to say I will not be back and will not be recommending
