A fun morning! - This was a fun excursion! They provide a suit that goes over your clothes to keep you nice and warm. We ended up seeing two humpbacks! Was fun.

Great experience - great experience, we were lucky, jumping wale and a sleepy one. Tour was a bit shorter, but absolutely okey, we don't have to stress the Wales all fay long, there are many other boats, speedboats, etc.

Whales, dolphins, puffins - Very beautiful experience, we saw a lot of whales, also dolphins and puffins. Wherever you looked you could see fountains of water when whales were taking breath, their fins or backs

Highly successful whale watch with a professional, helpful, and courteous crew. - Quality experience. Friendly and efficient customer service. Whale sightings cannot be guarenteed, but June is generally a good month and we sighted 5 different humpback whales, including a loosely organized pod of 4. I was more focused on the experience than taking pictures -- the Smartphone blocks my vision when I go to Zoom or focus -- but I will share a few snaps anyway. ( The real photographers did much better. This whale watching trip easily a highlight of my visit to Iceland.

Excellent whale watching tour - We booked a whale watching tour with Friends of Moby Dick based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed at the slightest, we had a fantastic time, the Captain took the boat to an area of the bay where he thought we would encounter whales and he was spot on with a pair swimming gently around the boat. Just as we were about to head back, the pair of them gently swam right in front of our boat, an excellent goodbye. During the whole tour, our guide (a lady from Portugal) who was very knowledgeable, kept explaining a lot about whales, their behavior, what is involved in the whale watching tours and so on and so on and kept answering our question. All in all, we had an awesome time.

Fantastic whale watching experience - Had a fantastic morning whale watching experience in the bay out from Husavik. Weather was perfect, still and sunny. We came across what turned out to be 4 humpbacks quite early and followed them for a couple of hours as they fed, surfacing and diving, showing off their flukes. Mostly they were solitary, occasionally in pairs. It was an unforgettable experience. Our guide said we were so lucky, that it didn’t get better than this, rating it a 10/10 in terms of how good it was compared to other trips. I felt very privileged.

Wonderful tour and highlight of our visit to Iceland - We had a wonderful whale watching tour and saw seven (!) humpback whales and lots of puffins. We were very happy with our enthusiastic tour guide Mada who, as a marine biologist, had a lot of knowledge and noticeable love for the ocean and the whales.
