Fantastic guide and experience - Boond was fantastic, really knowledgeable about the history and with amazing English. We were able to ask her anything and we had some great Conversations. Cycling in Thailand is different to the uk and the traffic really looks out for bikes so even though we had to go over a very busy bridge/dual carriageway we felt safe. I would say that you needed to be confident on a bike, although I think that Boond would be able to adapt the route depending on the party she had. She told us that she had 11 people the day before us, there was just the two of us. She absolutely made the tour very enjoyable and interactive and bought us drinks at the 4th stop which we hadn’t expected as well as a traditional Thai delicacy of pancakes and sugar cane yum! She saw us later at the station and came over to check we were ok and had managed to book our return to Bangkok. A really lovely kind lady.

Good bike tour - The tour experience is good with friendly tour guides, she gave a good explanation on the history of the temple we visited. They also provided free water and souvenirs to us. Recommended to have a try when visit to Ayutthaya.

Ayutthaya half day bike tour - Sunday 11 August 09:00 - Booked the 09:00 half day tour but was told that there had to be a minimum of 2 people for the tour to take place and did I want to move to a 10:00 busier tour or the afternoon tour starting at 13:00. There was no way in that heat (feeling like plus 40 degrees) that I wanted the latter so I plumped for paying for an extra slot to take the 09:00. The best money spent - Bella was a credible host - enlightened me with such knowledge and insight on the history of beautiful Ayutthaya. The bikes have 3 gears which help you enough and Bella is able to get admission easily to those sites that needed tickets - even when surrounded by a mob of tourists. Sweet little pancake stop at a street vendor broke the ride up. Great little boat ferry across at the beginning and back at the end of the tour - super tour covering all the sites. Finished off with a refreshing cold towel before the midday heat kicked in. If you only do one thing when you are here - then this tour is for you.

Worth the trip - Worth the trip from Bangkok (recommend the train). Knowledgable guide and beautiful city and temples. We got to try traditional palm frond folding and experience a local market. Highly recommend!

Great ride! - This was a great tour! If you are worried about the bike part, dont! So worth the slow steady flat road ride through the city!

Great bike tour! - This great bike tour through Ayutthaya is highly recommended! The guide takes you past all the highlights of the dilapidated old capital and tells a lot about its interesting history. The bikes are comfortable. It's wonderful to get on a bike between the sights and not have to get into a van. It is recommended to take the early tour, because it gets very hot quickly. Because we were early we had many temples to ourselves. Drinks and a snack are well arranged. There is plenty of time for beautiful photos. Please note, you have to take a pound to get to the other side with your bicycle. We lifted our bicycle ourselves. If you cannot do this yourself, the guide will help you. In short: recommended!!

A great way to see the town - A well spent 3 hours seeing the highlights of Ayutthaya. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes were in good condition and comfortable to ride. We travelled at a good pace, easily achievable by most people. Well worth doing

Amazing, informative, and fun! - I couldn’t imagine seeing this site any other way! The ability to ride bikes through the Serene pathways from temple to temple made this sight seeing extra fun, and even provided for a little exercise. The bikes were very good quality. Additionally, our tour guide Bella was the best tour guide we had on our 2 week trip to Thailand. Her English was perfect - way better than any other tour guides in Thailand (who can be hard to understand). She also was extremely informative of all of the historical facts behind the temples, right down to exact years. She even was willing to speak a lot about the current culture of Thailand and state of their society and government, which satisfied my curiosity. Could not recommend this enough!!

Acceptable - Little enthusiasm. Little knowledge in relation to history or culture. Some more information about the temples would have been nice.
