Desert Adventure!! - Incredible experience with this tour operator! Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. Alejandro the owner of Huacachina trueXperiences, picked us up personally from our bus station in Ica. He drove us to the snowboard rental shop and made sure we had the best service, then dropped us at our hostel whilst also ensuring we got front row seats in the dune buggy! The activity itself is an exhilarating race through the dunes with steep banked turns and picturesque views. The drivers are excellent and ensured safety as well as fun! Sandboarding was an excellent experience (to be noted that rental of ski/snowboard equipment is an extra cost of 20PEN per person) but the included bodyboards are extremely fun also! The activity finishes with sitting and watching the sun go down in the middle of the dunes before being dropped back to the viewpoint of the oasis. There is a couple stops along the way to take photographs and videos so i recommend bringing your cameras and drones! However i would say it is advised to keep them in a secure bag attached to your body whilst in the buggy as it is a fast and sometimes bumpy ride!

A great experience from start to finish - I got really good help from the beginning, pick up at the bus station then we made sure that all the equipment fit and felt good. On the tour I got a lot of help, she took good care of my gadgets and valuables and made sure that my equipment was ready for every ride. She took great pictures of me and my friend which was really appreciated. Then I, who have some experience of skiing, also got challenged. She even helped me build a jump, where she then filmed me. Great service from start to finish and an experience you do not want to miss. Very happy.

Rollercoaster Dunes and stunning sunset - Higly recommend this Trip if you are in the area! My girlfriend and I met Alejandro by coincidence and he was very helpful multiple times during our stay in Huaccachina. A trip with the sand buggys is a must, it is a lot of fun and feels like a rollercoaster driving through the dunes. At the end you will have time to enjoy the sunset, an amzing view from the hills in the desert. One of the best sunsets i have ever seen, much love , Konstantin from Germany

Again and again! - Alejandro offered us the best buggy tour we could have imagined. We booked the sunset tour and sped through the dunes with 6 other people in the buggy. The driver had a very good sense of how to drive through the dunes. We didn't feel bad, we just enjoyed it and were able to take photos and body board in different places. In the end we watched the sunset at a beautiful spot before driving back again. Info in passing: The price does not include the tax for entering the dune. The group size is optimal, in the front of the buggy are the best seats. Alejandro also offers taxi rides at fair prices.
