Fun morning biking in the rain! - I enjoyed my morning with James learning about Shanghai and China and biking around the French concession. He was very charming and flexible and showed me things I certainly could not have found on my own. Very nice bike and great service!

One of the best guided tours I have ever done. - Probably one of the best guided tours I have done. Not only was Ellen so knowledgeable but great company. What a lovely way to see Shanghai and sample so much food. 10/10 and would score higher if I could. I booked this for my first day arriving in Shanghai and I felt it gave me a good intro to my trip and this beautiful city. Perfect for all levels of cycling abilities. Fantastic value for money.

Explore Shanghai - I definitely think this is an amazing way to see the area around you. Expose yourself to the food. If you want to see how the locals live and their day to day you definitely want to take this tour. Also get great exercise. Don’t worry about the drivers because you always have the right of way.

Great Tour - This bike tour is amazing! I am so glad that I took this tour. The good thing about the bike tour is that you can always hop off and take pictures or listen to historical or cultural explanations from the guide. Also, I felt closer to the city and the people than riding a car or bus. It is fun biking around as well. Ellen was my guide. She was the absolutely best! She took it slow and made sure I was following her safely. She spoke very good English, and I learned so much from her about China and Shanghai about history and culture. The local foods I got from the tour were amazing! There was no way I could have found out those great local places by myself. The tour hits all the great and important streets and neighborhoods in Shanghai. It might be a good idea to take this tour at the beginning of your tour so that you will get a general sense of major areas that you want to check out. You get amazing photos from this tour as well. Loved it!

Beautiful day biking - I had a beautiful day biking around Shanghai with Ellen. She was great about giving me hand signal directions to follow before the ride so that I was able to easily know exactly where we were going during the ride. She kept a comfortable pace and stoped at several places along the way to explain to me the history of different parts of the city. It was incredibly interesting. I particularly loved the two places we stopped for food. They were both so delicious. Riding a bike through Shanghai really gave me a chance to feel a little like a local and it was fun!

Couldn't be better - This was what I wanted to see. The real Shanghai. I could see how real local people in Shanghai are living their lives. Local restaurant, apartment, public park, etc. everything was new and amazing. Also August was really nice. She is considerate and always smiles. And that helped me enjoy my trip more comfortably. Hope to see her again!

Cycling Shanghai the only way to go - This was a perfect way to see Puxi. Our guide Steve provided a very personal and tailored ride. Comfortable bike, comfortable pace and mixing it with pedestrians and scooters and cars makes you feel part of the action. Just loved dancing in Fuxing Park.

3 Hr Bike Tour of Shanghai - On a beautiful Sunday morning, four of us took the bike tour led by Nicole and Ellen. The bike guides were very informative, had a good understanding of the history and culture and were very patient with our needs. The route was through relatively quiet neighborhoods with minimal car traffic. The neighborhoods were very interesting. We shopped, watched, ate and cycled. The pace was manageable for most anyone with basic bike skills. I will definitely do it again, albeit a different route.

A great tour for solo or group travellers - A fantastic way to spend a morning in Shanghai. Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great tips on what to visit after the tour. The food was delicious and gave me a chance to try something I wouldn't have done by myself. An unexpected bonus was the tour gave me th confidence to cycle in Shanghai so I hired a bike from the street to cycle home afterwards! Nicole sent through photos and a fun video afterwards to help us remember our tour. Highly recommended.

Really get to know... - Really get to know non-tourist parts of the city. The bike allows for a large coverage too. Would have been good to have more food tasting.
