• Panmen Gate - Pan Gate is part of the ancient city wall built in 514 BCE that surrounded and protected Suzhou. Pan Gate was the only entrance to the wall that encircled ancient Suzhou. • Suzhou Ancient Grand Canal - The Grand Canal is the oldest and longest canal in the world. It flows from northern Beijing to southern Hangzhou with hundreds of thousands of ferries for over 2,500 years. The 1,794-kilometer-long water conservancy project is regarded as one of the two greatest ancient projects in China (along with the Great Wall). It remains a vital artery of China’s economy and culture between the northern and southern parts of the country. The Grand Canal in Suzhou serves as the most convenient traffic network that covers the entire city.
• Suzhou No.1 Silk Mill - China is renowned for its silk, and Suzhou is the most famous place for silk production. This tour takes you to the No.1 Silk Factory in Suzhou, founded in 1926 as a state-owned factory. On this tour, you can learn about the entire life cycle of a silkworm.
• Zhouzhuang Water Town - Known for its beautiful natural environment and simple architecture, this city has remained remarkably well-preserved for over 900 years.
