• Thuy Xuan Incense-making Village - Thuy Xuan is the largest incense-making village in Hue, known for hundreds of years. The village is famous for its distinctive fragrance and high-quality incense. Visitors can smell the incense in the air upon entering the village. Compared to modern methods, this traditional process takes more time and effort but maintains local tradition. Thuy Xuan incenses come in various scents such as cinnamon and lemongrass essential oils. Made from environmentally-friendly and healthy materials, the incenses are bright yellow and have a pleasant smell. Initially, bamboo sticks were only painted brown or red, but now they come in a variety of colors such as purple and yellow.
