Highly recommend - Booked this tour last minute and so glad we did, met our guide at the hotel and rode out of the city into the country side to a local village which was a nice easy ride. Guide was really friendly and knowledgeable and soon found out this was his own start up business which was great, really recommend supporting an independent local business man.

See the daily life of the Vietnamese - I went on this tour with Matthew who is an excellent guide. We cycled from my hotel to the outskirts of the city where we first saw a duck farm following which we went to a rice growing village about 6km away. We looked around the market and Matthew bought us things to snack on. I particularly liked the banana fritters. We then looked at a museum which describes the agricultural way of life in Vietnam and then looked at its covered bridge - one of only 2 in Vietnam the other being the famous Japanese bridge in Hoi An. We sat down at a cafe for tea and the owner sang a folklore song for us following which we went on a walk around the village. With Matthew describing what went on day to day. The cycling was easy as the land is flat and I (an overweight 60 year old) coped with it easily. The bikes are good quality and helmets are provided. The tour is well presented and I was amazed at how quickly the time went All in all just what I wanted in hoping to see some of the countryside and how the people lived their lives.
