Fantastic Views and excellent service - We booked a private sightseeing tour with BNT from Hue to Hoi An. The itinerary, which was suggested by BNT was fantastic. We first visited Bach Ma National Park and firstly walked up to the summit from a nearby car park. The views were stunning. We then took a walk down via the 5 lakes and Rhododendron falls. The 5 lakes 'walk' was very adventurous and the kids especially loved it, although at times it wasn't clear if we had to continue or climb back up! We made it through to Rhododendron falls where a small waterfall fell off a steep cliff, it was like being on the edge of the world! Finally we visited Lap An Lagoon. This is at the base of the mountains and again, the views were fantastic. Our driver recommended a place we could visit for lunch and we sat eating pho admiring the view. We then transferred to our hotel in Hoi An. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Hue to Hoi An in 2 days - Our two day private car tour arranged by Ms Linh was fantastic. From pickup at Hue airport by our driver Mr Quang, to the various sightseeing stops in Hue town and the mountain drive to Hoi An on Day 1. Day 2 started in Hoi An with a drive to Ba Na hills for the Golden Bridge and a stop on the return drive in DaNang to our drop off in Hoi An Old quarter. Everything was handled perfectly.

BNT Travel is all you will ever need for a wonderful vacation! - We have had the privilege of booking with Tam and BNT travel on two different years. We cannot say enough about how professional and caring they are. We never ever had a worry, if there was anything that we weren’t sure about we would message Tam and get an instant response. Tam booked for us many private tours where the vehicles were always top notch and the guides exceptional. It was always easy to adjust any tour to meet our personal preferences. We toured from one end of Vietnam to the other and were never disappointed. When we needed help with travel in Thailand Tam also was able to arrange tours and customize them to our likes. At one point we had missed a flight and weren’t sure what to do, Tam to the rescue, within minutes she had us on another flight and ground transportation arranged. One of the biggest things we feel about booking with BNT is you have a friend there to help you and guide you. Never did we worry about anything as Tam always made it right. Also there is no language barrier with Tam as she is very fluent in English as were all of her tour guides. We honestly cannot say enough about BNT travel or Tam and all of their wonderful staff, if you book with them you have no worries! Enjoy beautiful Vietnam with the help of the best. BNT Travel. ❤️

Great way to see Golden Bridge - New comfy car, friendly driver whos name unfortunately I cannot remember. He was very patient, always on time and drove professionally. We felt safe and entertained the whole trip. One of the rare tours which provides Golden Bridge as a stop when transfering from Hoi An to Hue.

Wonderful experience tours in Vietnam - We booked a private tour to Ba Na hill which to be picked up at Chan May Port. Driver Sammy was an hour early before our cruise arrived. He is kind n pointed to us all the interesting points along the way. He was waited me at the entrance for duration of our visit. We sure enjoyed our visit n Will recommend to our friends who visit Vietnam. By the way Nhan is very helpful for the Ha Long and the money payment problem I encountered. She is excellent for organizing both tours.

Great private tour! - David gave us a great tour from HoiSn to Hue today. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible and let us stop where we liked and spend the amount of time that we wanted at each location. One recommendation is that you might want to research your own restaurant choice for lunch in the area of the lagoon if you are stopping there.

Good for tour and transfer - Great trip! Clean car, really comfortable way to travel and connect between Hio An to Hue. Worth it! My driver Den was great!

Good/Lucky Times - My friends and I really enjoyed travelling with our driver An. He had no problem with us not wanting to go to the Golden Bridge and offered to bring us to the Lady Buddha statue which was amazing. An was really friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him.

Good but for us a bit of disapointment - We skipped Golden Bridge because of the entrance fee of 30$. We asked if we could spent more time in the Marble Montains and take a stop at Nhi Ho Waterfalls. For BNT Travel it wasn´t a problem. Nhan from BNT Travel said that we should do something different than the waterfall because of bad weather. Nhan gave us various over options to choose from for example An bang cemetry and Linh Ung Pagoda. We higly recommend to do a stop at A Bang Cemetry. The communication with BNT Travel is excellent, transparent and swift. The itinerary was correct and we had enough time. Sadly we were in overall a bit disapointed with the tour. The stops at Lang Co Bay and Lap An Lagoon were very disapointing. At Lap An Lagoon we took a picture from a viewpoint. Apperantly we had to tell the Driver that we want a stop at the beach. The driver didn't asked us at all if we want stop at the beach. The driver Quang was friendly but it was difficult to communicate because of the language barrier. We used a translator to communicate with the driver. In generall there was a lot of miscommunication. We didn't understand that we had a lunch stop at Hai Van Pass. We felt a save with his driving skills. Lang Co Bay was disapointing in a whole. The beach where we stopped was run down, trash was lying around and a lot of people tried various scams on us. But that something BNT Travel can not do anything about. Marble Montains were a great stop. After our experience we would not to book the tour again and the price is in our view not worth it. BNT Travel explained us that the price is significant higher because we booked via a different service and not with BNT travel. The Tour might not be the right one for us but other people might enjoy it more.
