Overall, the entire ride-hailing process and service were really great. - We took a ride from Da Nang to Hue. After traveling for 2 days, we took a ride from Hue to Hoi An. The ride experience was very good and the service was excellent. When we got off the bus in Hoi An, it happened to rain heavily. We rested and drank coffee at the get off location. The lady at the station was kind and provided first-class service. She explained the service items and was kind. grateful.

Bus ride from Hue to Da Nang - My bus ride was very pleasant. The music that was playing in the car was not too loud and imposing. The air conditioning was running nicely in the bus, so I didn't break a sweat. That there was wifi on the way was a nice bonus. I was dropped off nicely in Da Nang. A super experience on the whole.

SNAFU - The Viator confirmation said trip begins at 9:00. The day before the operator texted I had to be at a pick up point at 7:40am, because my hotel wasn't on the pick up list. At 8:00 we departed to another pick up point a mile away where we sat and waited for all of the other passengers that were being picked up to arrive. Why couldn't one location be used? Then the confusion began on how many passengers should they have on board. Watching the arguing and phone calls to what must be their owner we took off. All of the passengers were going to Hoi An. A couple of hours later we arrived in Da Nang and the driver asks a group of 4 passengers to get off. They explained they were headed to Hoi An. So he identified a group of 3 passengers to get off. Again they were going to Hoi An. So again phone calls to someone in authority and 10 minutes later the driver returns and inserts a mini folding chair in the aisle already cluttered with duffle bags and backpacks because of inadequate storage in the back. Everyone was laughing and wondering what was going on. We departed to Hoi An and after 5 minutes stopped to add 2 more passengers already upset because we were so late. Then the driver explained one of them would have to sit in the folding chair!!! After hearing the swearing about how unacceptable this was, they conceded and the gentleman took the last regular seat and his wife squeezed into the folding chair...Large backpacks in their laps. He was still complaining 10 minutes later. We did make it to Hoi An and for that reason I gave the review 3 stars...it got me there. But what a SNAFU operation.
