Amazing - TSM tours were great, our drivers Quynh + Minh picked us up from our hotel and were amazing tour guides for the whole ride. They gave us lots of info about the areas, stopped in many places for us to take photos and a quiet beach for us to have lunch. Would definitely recommend, had a wonderful time.

Insanely good experience - BOOK IT - We were so lucky to have a private tour, just me and a friend as we went in low season (end of June) Quynh & Minh were fabulous hosts, they collected us from our hostel when we wanted with great flexibility. The communication in arranging was all done via WhatsApp, it was super clear and again flexible which is great for backpackers I think! The views are obviously wonderful but what made this experience so special was the knowledge both drivers had about the surrounding area, they stopped at the perfect spots allowing us to take photos and pointed out things we may not have seen. We will 100% recommend this to everyone looking to do the Hai Van Pass- these guys really have something special. Thanks so much, a true highlight in Vietnam for me!

Highlight: Must Do! - While planning my trip from Hoi An to Hue last minute I had several options, but then came across this one. Couldn’t have made a better choice, as this is would come a highlight in our trip. Contact with Tsm Tours was swift: pick up/drop off location, time, itinerary all flexible. Riders Quynh and Trung were punctual and very accommodating. To my surprise our 20+kgs suitcases and bag packs were securely strapped onto the motor bikes and travelled with us, how convenient. On the motorcycle I felt safe and comfortable immediately and we were checked on this on multiple occasions during the trip. Our itinerary: Marble Mountain, Dragon Bridge Danang, Hai Van Pass, Lunch at Lang Co, swimming at a waterfall, Lagoon fishing village, time for coffee and closing off with a beautiful sunset while we entered Hue City to be dropped off at our hotel. The scenery during this trip was spectacular, while our riders were skilled and good spirited. Thank you for this wonderful experience gentlemen! When in doubt of doing the train or car, do this instead, great memories assured.

Tight schedule but worth it - I had a tight schedule so i only did hue and back to da nang in a day. The ride to hue itself was already a solid experience for me. Visitng the imperial city was one of the highlights of my trip. I felt like i was taken to another time and world. It was just magical. My assigned guide was Viet and i appreciate how very kind and polite he was the whole time. He was informative too ans very patient.

Bike Ride Hoi An - Hue - Got a bike ride from Hoi An to Hue along the Hai Van Pass, really enjoyed it. Great service. Went swimming in waterfall, lunch on the beach! Definitly recomend

Nice experience - It was a nice trip with Xo and Nhat. They drive safely , took care about everything and are gentel. We have make breaks for luch, caffee and photos .

A must for anyone visiting Vietnam - We originally booked the private car from Hue to Hoi An for five people and had one more person join us last minute. There was no issue with taking the extra person and sending our luggage in a separate car at a (small) extra cost. The car was really comfortable, and the journey was really scenic. We had such a great time at each stop and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed. The driver Tri, was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Over all it was an excellent experience and we would recommend it to anyone travelling to Vietnam.

Day trip with Tri - Me and my group of friends did this tour with Tri, it was amazing! Tri is wonderful, he's so nice and friendly. Im a tour guide myself and really appreciated the personal touches, especially as he made an effort to learn all our names and would check in with us individually.
All the stops were great and Tri never rushed us with timings and let us take everything at our own pace. He also is very experienced and clearly knew all the sites we went to see. He began by saying he wasn't a tour guide but he had so much information and knowledge. I especially liked that he would answer all our questions (and we had a lot!) about what it was like to be Vietnamese and the history of the country. Also if you haven't been to Vietnam before, the roads are crazy as are the drivers, Tri is by far the best driver in the whole country, he's not constantly beeping and we felt very safe in the car with him.
We also needed to add one extra person last minute and the company arranged for our bags to travel separately. Tri dropped us at our hotel and went to collect them.
I would highly recommend this for anyone é going from hue to Hoi An and make sure to ask for Tri, he was amazing! Thanks so much for the great day!
