We will pick you up from your hotel in Hue city center and take you to the local market to buy ingredients for cooking. Here, you can see fresh herbs, seafood, butchers, and fruits. Feel free to take as many pictures as you like and learn about Vietnamese food culture and history. Our guide will be happy to explain anything you wish to know. After visiting the market, we return to the kitchen to start cooking. This is a hands-on class, so you will prepare and cook the dishes yourself with guidance and assistance from our chef.
